Locally distilled spirits and wide variety of custom cocktails. Sure to find something to enjoy whether you're a casual cocktail browser or an experienced imbiber. Probably best know for their specialty gins, including cedar, spruce, and regular juniper varieties. They specialize in aquavit, a spicy Scandinavian anise/cardamom spirit, and have recently branched into whiskey. I'd say that the Sugarbush Whiskey was my favorite, and I'll look forward to making maple Old Fashioneds later this fall with it. Lie many businesses in the Canal Park district, they've had a tough year in the pandemic, but they're bouncing back.See more..

Had a great visit to Rockfilter Distillery. I highly recommend starting off with their flight before jumping to the cocktails. Tasting the progression of their whiskey/ bourbon was a highlight. The bartenders and owner were also very informative. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from Minneapolis but I will be making that trip again!See more..
