If you have a little down, come here BEFORE going MOA(mall of America). They have a lot of higher end stores and all have fairly great deals. I wish I would have came here first before going to MOA and spending tons of money. I could have bought twice as much for the brands I like to buy, Michael Kors, Nike, Converse, Francesca's, Saks off Fifth, just to name a few. See more..
