They start out by placing your feet in warm water, then work your head, face and neck. Just heaven. They then work your feet and lower legs, with attention to reflexology and trigger points. To finish you turn over in the reclining chair (mouth opening is there) and they do deep work on the shoulders, lower back and legs. I have never not floated out of the place. In my opinion, you really can't beat what you get for what you pay. For one hour "combo" massage ($34), you receive a hot water foot soak with complete massage (fully clothed). The masseuse will begin with your head, then will do arms, then feet (the longest portion), then legs and back. It's wonderful to "get away" and relax for an hour for an affordable price. It is a very clean establishment, and the employees are friendly. There is always nice music playing. I love the fact that they have late night hours. Sometimes, I get a random urge to have a massage, and most massage places require an appointment way in advance. I can call and get in here within the hour. It's cheaper, more convenient, and in my opinion, just as good as any other massage I've had.
