Dissatisfied with service
Good massage, poor front desk service. My husband bought the 150 dollar gift card with the free massage extra gift card. When I tried to use the free massage card it had 0 dollars on it. I found out I could not use it after getting a massage. I had to go to the location where my husband bought it to rectify the situation. I don' t understand why they couldn't figure it out over the phone. I was also disappointed my facial therapist had hands that smelled like smoke. This happened at the shorewood ,il location.

poor customer service
When attempting to solve a customer service issue over the phone with manager Annalise was told "you're no longer a customer" and she ended the call.

DON'T DO IT
I was happy to receive a massage envy couples gift card, since I had never had a massage before. I eagerly called on July 25, 2018 and left all my information AND credit card to secure my appointment. Work schedules were adjusted, babysitter secured. However, when the day that I had looked forward to finally arrived, there was no record of any of it. My information couldn't be found. Karen was very apologetic, but Manager Samantha refused to hear my complaint, or even take my call. Very disappointed with the customer service and management style. First time customer. Never going back.
