    This was a really (REALLY!) muddy hike, as there were torrential rains 3 previous nites. But, given this had a place in history as part of the Underground Railroad, we wanted to see it, so we did. It was a very large cave, and definitely can see how people would have used it to 'hide' people traveling the Underground Railroad route. After we were already pretty muddy, we did a bit more hiking on a few trails, traversing a few streams along the way. We were the only people there, and I don't think this is a very used people-trail, but we enjoyed the hike and seeing the bit of history. See more..

    This is not a cave for everyone. You have to work at getting in and out and the formations are not hugh. This is a great place to just go have fun. See more..
