    The first time we went to this Improv at Woodfield Mall. It was a NYE special dinner & comedy. As expected, it was crowded. Drinks were served quickly. But then it was hit and miss with the food delivery. Some rows were already done and eating dessert, while we were still waiting for our salads. Food quality was ok, you don't expect a 5star restaurant. At some point the non-dinner crowd comes in and joins you at your table. Weird. Comedian Rocky Laporte was funny, the 2 openers were good.     We were in the area and looking for something fun to do and decided on Zanies Comedy Club in Rosemont. We never heard of the comics that performed on the night we visited, but they were hilarious. Yes, there is a two drink minimum, but that is not a negative. A place exists to make money and it makes sense to promote a food or drink minimum to help pay the bills. We are out to have fun and would buy drinks anyways. My bet is that the rent is not cheap in this entertainment district that is similar to Universal City Walk or Disney Pleasure Island. The comedy club is intimate with good sightlines from any seat from what i could tell. We ll definitely be back. See more..

    We laughed so much, from the beginning of the show till the very end. It was a great way to get rid of stress. We all left smiling and so happy :) Highly recommend. Can't beat the ticket price as well! See more..

    This comedy club is in an intimate setting (think cruise ship lounge). The comedians are funny and fun. They have some light appetizers and lots of drinks. Very reasonably priced. If you like to laugh, this is the place to be on Fridays or Saturdays. See more..
