   Pros-Venue is pretty good and bathrooms were clean; for me the outdoor venue is preferable to being indoors. Cons-you are literally going to smell smoke (tobacco and pot) everywhere. Also, the vip Cadillac club is a straight up rip off. $95 per person for a limited menu, worse bathrooms than outside and that’s about it. They also wouldn’t let us go back to parkway south when leaving; we had to go north, drive two miles, make a mess of convoluted turns to get back on south. We did pay for Premier parking tho and that was 100% worth it See more..

   I have a long standing membership with this location. I have way too many packages in my account and was looking to cancel it because Its not a necessity in these times. You have 90 days to use any packages or you loose them. I called to start booking my packages and was told they are booked until mid September. Not a single massage apt available for 3 months. Facials were out 6 weeks. I suffer from migraines and tension headaches which was my reason for getting the membership in the first place. I can’t rely on a place that is booked for 3 months.    The re-make is getting there! Worth a stop for Bass, Maidenform and some other one of a kind shops. They finally paved the parking lot. There is a coffee shop in back and a couple unique stores. A large restaurant also which seems to be busy based on cars but the menu and prices don’t appeal to us so we have not been.     DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!!! I saw this place on groupon for $99 couples spa. I called before I paid on groupon to see if they honored the coupon. I was informed that they did but it would be better to pay through them and I would get the same rate so I did. Mind you I booked on a Friday for the following Sunday. I was informed that I had 2 days before the appointment to cancel. After I booked I looked at the reviews of the place. Within a hour, I to cancel the appointment (that I was already charged for). I spoke with the person and she informed me that I would receive my money back. Fast forward to Tuesday, my money was still not refunded, so I called. The lady proceed to tell me that I would be refunded and that I can make my appointment for another day. I told her that I did not want the service and I wanted my money back. She then tells me that I needed to call back to speak with a Manager because she could refund me the money. She just kept saying, you can come another day.     My kids enjoyed The Jumping Jungle. We went during the free play time slot. There were a good amount of children there but just enough so that kids don't get hurt if it was more crowded. It's a big room with several blow up slides and bounce houses. My boys loved the giant slide the most. They tried all the other blow up play areas but they were drawn to the slide the most.     It looked very nice on the website so we decided to give it a try. Tickets are 24 each for adults and kids, 72 for a family of 3, total rip-off after you see what’s expecting you inside. There is a big warehouse filled with small cheaply made “activity stations”, a few moving dinosaurs (without sounds effect), short boring Dino snow, large overpriced store in the middle and that’s it. You can see the disappointment at your kids faces after 10 minutes inside this “attraction”. Absolute ripoff for the “activities” they provide. Just don’t go, it’s so much not worth it. Stand in line for your car of choice(gt3 for me) Get into car where you have only 10 seconds to adjust your seat, No adjusting of mirrors as they are strictly for the instructor who is literally yelling at you the entire time. 1st lap is a wash as you're not familiar with the track at all. Hit a top speed of 88mph due to lack of straightaway ..did I mention that I was being yelled at the entire 5 minutes of this excursion? At the end the "instructor" asked if I had a good time and basically asked for a cash tip!? $300 for 5 minutes of disappointment. He is more talented than some of the New York hair stylists who work for the best modeling agencies. His wife, DeenaRay is an fantastic colorist, and the hair color they use is this awesome organic stuff from Italy. As for their spa services, they are also first class.     This is great idea poorly executed. The brew pub has three basic rooms- a main floor, upstairs and a roof top bar. The main problem is one of ambiance. This bar has all the charm of a warehouse. It is extremely loud indoors because of the lack of any type of acoustic dampening. It's not a party atmosphere. It is simply people screaming over each other to be heard over the annoying echos. On top of that, the place is so brightly lit, that any semblance of charm is burned off your retinas. Even the rooftop seating area, with its nice picnic table Biergarten seating layout, is ruined by the parking lot type LED floodlights pointing directly at your eyes. I don't know, maybe some nice soft white string lighting instead? On the plus side, the beer is good and since they don't serve food, you can take in your own, like pizza from next door, which is a great idea.
