We booked for my boyfriends birthday and had a fantastic experience! Gregg was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the safety instructions and tips. You can't beat the amazing views you get from the tour, from the world trade, to statue of liberty to the Brooklyn bridge. it helped that the water was quite calm and it was a sunny gorgeous morning. Had an amazing time renting a kayak from Flatwater. Staff was friendly and a lot of fun. We were able to easily reserve time online, and while parking wasn't intuitive, it was readily available. The biggest highlight here was the reservoir, which is absolutely gorgeous. In our two hour rental, we were able to go quite a way on the reservoir, which is a lot more sprawling than it seems at first glance! Saw plenty of birds, a few turtles, and a lot of dogs - people love taking dogs on paddleboards I guess! Highly recommended.See more..

When going on the Broadway supercar website, there are a lot of different cars to choose from. I chose the Mclaren for a surprise for my husbands first Father's Day. John helped me plan the entire surprise for him and he communicated with me so professionally and quickly that I got completely comfortable doing business with him. John recommended taking the car to bear mountain in stony point and it was amazing. The car has been maintained beautifully, handled amazingly, and everywhere we went people's jaws dropped. My husband and I took off to enjoy a day together in Red Bank and wanted to start it off with some paddle boarding. Registration was smooth and confirmed date and time. Once we arrived, we called the owner/manager as we did not see anyone there. She stated that there must have been a computer glitch in the system and saw our reservation for the following day (very lax and unapologetic). Owner then said that she could arrive in 30-45 min which we waited for about 50 min. Again, was not sincere in the apology of creating such an inconvenience. After our trip, we were met by another team member to gather our boards and although he wasn't rude in any way, he seemed very matter-of-fact and business-like (not trying to socialize or ask how the trip went whatsoever). You would think that a small business such as this would want to go above and beyond to create a memorable trip with great customer service, but seemed like just an afterthought of a side job they owned. Normally we bring our own bikes but, our truck with the bike rack was being serviced. Wife found this place on line so we decided to give it a try. What a great find; we got there before they opened at 10:00 (Sunday) and were met at the door by Kyle. He took care of a couple who were there before us and then set us up with two bikes. He took extra care to ensure that the bikes were fitted for us and couldn't have been more helpful. The bikes were great, rode real nice and smooth. We had a very enjoyable ride, brought the bikes back and were pleased to have found an option for any future visits where we don't have our own bikes with us. Oh, I forgot to mention that the shop is right down the street from the towpath; super convenient.See more..
