    What an amazing experience this was. I figured that the kids would keep themselves busy for maybe an hour or so but after 3 hours, they didn’t want to leave.     AS DC is clean and the equipment is very well taken care of. The coaches are knowledgeable, positive and never push someone to do anything they aren’t yet comfortable with. The employees were knowledgeable and patient with the kids while challenging them just enough that they had fun but didn't get frustrated.     What I want, and what many want,from a gym is a well-equipped, clean, friendly facility with a good environment to work out it. I have found that in the two years I have been a member at Crunch. The air temperature is perfect; not too hot, not too cold. There are such a wide range of machines; whether for running, lifting, exercising, calisthenics, you name it. There is a small fruit bar that I don't make use of often, but others are clearly enjoying it. Men and women work out freely here. They walk about from station to station, intent upon finishing their workouts. Trainers are seen giving instructions throughout the expansive room. The atmosphere is workmanlike, but not overly serious. I see couples and men and women alone, and . the clientele includes all ages. The bathrooms are clean. I cannot say a word against Crunch. I intend to keep going, to stay healthy, and to enjoy challenging myself on its state-of-the-art equipment. See more..
