She also is well trained and told the manager (Kevin) who came to our table to apologize and offer us free dessert. This was unnecessary but greatly appreciated and demonstrated excellent customer service - kudos to Keven and staff. With that said, it is just a pub and I would think primarily caters to a young crowd, though my group was somewhat older. The menu is a little limited if you want something more elaborate to eat and the seating is mostly around high tables and it can get noisy.
