I am trying to be balanced here so: Flight itself is excellent (we did the doors off 30 min experience) However the “book now schedule later” is a complete scam. The benefit of being to book a day or two in advance after you arrive and know the weather is completely negated by their “surge pricing” which seems set up to rip your eyeballs out if you haven’t redeemed weeks in advance. I was charged an extra $500!! Also it is not very clear you are being charged the extra on the website. It tainted the experience unfortunately. We loved this 12 min flight up the Hudson as they can’t fly over the City but you don’t miss out. Recommend sitting in the front or directly behind the front passenger so you get an unrestricted view. I was stuck in the middle at the back and felt kinda cheated, but my daughter was behind the pilot which was a better seat and she thought it was amazing. We couldn’t have had a better day for visibility. Do not buy from any of the street vendors, we went straight to Liberty themselves and negotiated an online cheaper deal.See more..
Nothing beats NYC from the air but I was disappointed with this tour. It was sold as 20-25 minutes and from touch off to land clocked in at 21 with 5 of those minutes being travel time from across the water in New Jersey and maneuvering so closer to 15 minutes. We flew up and back the Hudson with a quick circle around the Statue of Liberty. We didn't fly over the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges as promised despite me asking the pilot and we didn't fly over Central Park or any part of the city (I saw others doing it but maybe they have different clearance?), just flew up and down the river. Office staff was unorganized and unmasked. Our pilot was new to the company and new(ish) to NYC so maybe we got an off day. Overall, it was a stunning experience but I felt we didn't get what was promised and considering the price, I think 3 stars is generous.See more..

This was a great gift idea. We received this as a birthday gift and what a great way to go up and see the city as well as learn about flight classes. *SCAM* They tried to charge us an extra $100 when we arrived for our reservation. The address is a random parking lot where a shuttle is supposed to pick you up. We arrived on time, and there was no shuttle. We tried to call the company multiple times, but the line was busy. Finally, we got someone on the phone, and they said the shuttle was on the way. The shuttle took us to a secondary location, where we waited for another half an hour for our flight. At this time, we were told we would have to pay another $100 for a "late arrival." We walked out and requested a refund from Groupon. Take your business elsewhere!See more..
