This place is not worth for the ticket money we paid.. Four of us went on weekend and there is nothing much to do.. spent less than an hour and returned. They charged $27 person (adults) in online, and $5 more in ticket counter... we really shocked why it was charged for such small place and nothing much for adults once we were inside...Overrated and dont recommend to anyone See more..
  4. 3.0 Six Flags Hurricane Harbor (623 reviews)
    - Gate price vs online
    Water Parks
    Six Flags Hurricane Harbor image
Do NOT buy your tickets at the park. I went on Fri Aug 12. There are no ticket booths open. You have to go to customer service where there is one employee working. There were about 25 people on line when I got there. A one day ticket on line is 40 plus a $14 service fee. At the park the same ticket is $70. I was told I could step off the line and buy it on my phone and it would be immediate delivery but they would not honor the price in person. It's crazy. I tried calling numerous times to get a gate price and I was told they couldn't give me one because the price changes daily based on demand. It's crazy. I will say it wasn't crazy busy. Our longest wait was less than a half hour. Park was clean including bathrooms. See more..

They kids went on the rides 3-4 times each. They employees who work the rides are very pleasant as well as all the life guards and all the persons who work the food concession stands. 10. 3.0 Tomahawk Lake Water Park (55 reviews)
    - Average but one and done
    Water Parks
    Tomahawk Lake Water Park image
Visited with 6 people and entrance fee into lake is expensive. 15 dollars per person, which would be fine if your party has people under 4 and 5 feet tall. They have water activities in the lake however they are for kids under that height restriction. So, the Waterslide portion is additional 15 dollars per person. The problem for me is the 15 dollar per person price just to get in. Seems like 5 bucks would be fair, considering the other factors. I can go to a Jersey shore beach for about 7 bucks per person. Decent place as a one and done, especially with teens over 5 feet tall, which my family happens to be. See more..
  11. 4.5 Crystal Springs Family Waterpark (47 reviews)
    - $25 PER PERSON - INCREDIBLE RATE INCREASE
Spent More than 3 hours Water Parks
    Crystal Springs Family Waterpark image
The 5-star review is for the park itself and the amenities. Clean, lots of different water activities, slides, pools, lazy river. The food at the concession stand is actually very good. Lifeguards doing their jobs, generally friendly staff. We have been regulars for years. HOWEVER, I was shocked to learn today that the admission fee is now $25 per person. As a resident of East Brunswick, we used to pay in the $12 range for years. Now the fee has doubled and is the same for residents and non-residents. $100 for my family to spend a day at the local water park is outrageous. I've called EB parks & rec and we'll see if there is a logical explanation for this. At any rate, they've lost my business as long as this policy is in place. Taking the kids to the Milltown pool instead - looks nice, and half the price. Pool: 5 stars Admission rates and policies: ZERO STARS See more..
  12. 3.5 Action Park Mountain Creek (12 reviews)
    - We had fun - rent a cabana!

    Action Park Mountain Creek image
My daughters and I went here in August and I left with a sore throat from screaming! I'm on my to senior hood and all I can say is drop the cash if you can and rent a cabana! WHen the kids want to walk up all those kills and stand on lines you can get yourself some drinks and take a nap! We had one near the wave pool and our host Sabrina was a sweetheart. She attended our table with a smile and made our day great! The park has fewer rides then I remembered, but still it was fun. There is a lot of walking and a lot of hills, so if a person has issues walking, it can be challenging. If you purchase a membership, you get parking in the closest parking lot to the park and its included. Nice day, easy to get to and have fun. See more..
