DANGER!! DO NOT ENTER!! Crazy woman is possibly mentally ill. You will not have a good experience here. You will not even get out of car before being charged at, yelled at, made to feel unwelcome. Stay happy and stay away from the Tee-Pee!! See more..
  2. 1.5 IMB Outfitters (11 reviews)
    - Horrible

I promise you all these bad reviews are true ! Do not believe the story he posts about guides from other hunting farms posting them. We booked a 4 day gun hunt during prime rut. First day we didn’t see a deer ! Second day I saw 2. 3rd day I saw 5. 4th day I just left ! The others didn’t see much more. Darrin Bradley is MIA & you will never meet him. One of the guys in camp shot a buck that was 2” to small and he was fined $750 ! The stands are old and extremely unsafe. There were prob 25+ hunters in camp and only 2 guys got shooter bucks. Please don’t waste your money on this place !!!!! The lodging and food was the only good thing. The guides did try but there are hardly no deer on these over hunted/ pressured farms. They don’t keep running camera so once you arrive they show you old pictures. Also all the crops on the farms have been harvested so there was no reason for the deer to come into the open fields they had us setting on !! See more..
  3. 1.5 Bristle Ridge Vineyards (3 reviews)
    - Mixed Signals
    Wineries & Vineyards
We have been to Bristle Ridge Vineyards before and love the setting. They have a very nice tasting room and patio seating on top of a hill with a view of their vineyard. They even have a cute arbor with space that can be used as a wedding venue. The problem is their website gives hours and details as if they are open, but after traveling to Bristle Ridge there was a sign on the door indicating they were closed but would re-open "soon". I don't know when "soon" was, but it wasn't within a couple hours that we spent at a competitor's establishment. See more..

A gravel bar with random sites, unmarked and confusing. Electrical pedistals were a OSHA nightmare, bare wires, panels missing breaker covers, pedestals that have 2 panels but only 1 -30 amp service, etc. Long hike to the shower house, and the "outhouse" was unusable. See more..

  7. 1.0 Redbirds Sport Bar Hazelwood (1 review)
    - Worst manager ever
    Thursday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 AM Bars & Clubs
We were there for a trivia tournament. The tournament brings in about 60 people. It's planned well in advance so the management should have planned for a large crowd that's going to order a lot of food and drinks. We ordered about an hour into the 3 hour tournament. After an 1 1/2 hours waiting for our food, we cancelled the order. Watching the kitchen during this wait, i was watching one order come out about ever 15-30 minutes. We were going to speak with the tournament organizer about not using places that are under staffed. He pointed us to the manager who argued with us about how late we placed our order and how they aren't "like an Applebee's", and didn't expect people to order food. So he blamed us for his failure. Needless to say, we left, quitting the tournament early and with a completely ruined day. We will never go back. See more..
  8. 1.0 Shires for Hire Carriage Company (1 review)
    - past usage for shires for hire for nursing home residents events
    Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Horse-Drawn Carriage Tours
Shires for Hire Carriage Company image
I had used this company 2 years and was very pleased with the service and events, unfortunately the 3rd year the price was raised and Shawn the main guy called my residents invalids of which was very upsetting to me although our residents are in wheelchairs and staff assisted them to get up in the carriage, Shawn saying this was very disrespectful, residents were very disappointed when I told them the reason we were unable to utilize this for our events due to cost they were very sadden, no way would I tell them, the other comments, everyone should love and appreciate their elderly no matter what their age, no matter what their physical limitations, as well as Shawn has no idea of much reminiscing and fun in the moment residents had, during our events, I would encourage other persons working in healthcare to take strong consideration and compassion for their residents, before considering using shires for hire, See more..

  12. 1.0 Y Bridge Canoe Rental (1 review)
    - Horrible Time and Experience!!!!!
    Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM River Rafting & Tubing • Boat Rentals • Kayaking & Canoeing
    Y Bridge Canoe Rental image
Attempted to take my children floating for their first time and am very upset I gave this establishment a chance. They were an hour and half late and showed up with beat up patched canoes I wouldn't trust and didn't have enough life vest and when I told him I wanted my money back he got very defensive and proceeded to cuss and yell at my wife and I in front of our children and he was the owner. Not 100% sure but from other reviews I have read they don't even have a business licence. I am reporting them to the BBB and the chamber of commerce in their area. I have never been treated like this business. See more..
  13. 1.0 X Marks The Spot (1 review)
    - Impossible to get a game going.
    Game & Entertainment Centers

  14. 1.0 Matson Hill Park (1 review)
    - Only Allows Bikes and Hikes
Biking Trails • Parks • Hiking Trails
St. Charles County has dozens a parks throughout the county. Candidly too many I believe our tax dollars could be spent in other areas. Nonetheless there are only 2 equine friendly parks (one can be ridden in 30 minutes). Matson Hill Park would be a perfect area for equine trails to accommodate many of the local residence who own horses. Our public parks should be used to accommodate more than just cyclists!
