Host to annual Ozark Empire Fair and promoter events like rodeos, car shows, antique sales, tradeshows, wedding receptions, RV/boat sales, livestock/animal events, liquidation sales, employee picnics, and community events. Interior has 80,000 sq. feet throughout 3 halls with common lobby, convenient load-in, Wi-Fi, 24’ ceilings, 379 booth spaces and more.     I attended the 70th National Square Dance Convention which was held in this convention center. Since we were just coming out of the Covid-19 lock-down the number of attendees were about half of what I would have otherwise expected. On the main floor they had two very large exhibit halls, which, even after cutting the size down to allow for vendors & meals, were quite good for dancing even though they had polished cement floors. There were also 3 very large ballrooms in which wood floors had been installed. The second and third floors had a couple of dozen meeting rooms, several of which were combined to provide additional dance space. My only criticism was their "theater" which hardly merited the name beyond having semi-stadium seating. All in all it was a very enjoyable venue See more..
