incredible vacation with my wife to Chateau on the lake and spending a great deal of time at Big Cedar enjoying many of it's activities. I would like to single out one individual though: David Zamora at Long Creek Marina. Well Done. In the midst of a thunder storm you stuck it out to get us our boat rental and it turned out fantastic. We rented a boat slip for our time at Table Rock Lake. From the reservation process to checkout we had zero complaints. The staff is super friendly. At checkin the gal was informative and helpful. Daily we stopped to fuel the boat. Each time we had someone different but the level of service was unchanged: always friendly and professional. The slip is nice and clean. Wonderful time! From start to finish the customer service was top notch. It started to rain as we were walking out to get on our kayaks and the staff allowed us to wait until inside until the rain died down. They didn’t start our rental time until they helped us push off and get paddling. We rented 2 singles and a double for 2hrs and we had the best time. Prices were very reasonable and the area is beautiful. We really enjoyed our time on the water and can’t wait to get back out there to go again. When we arrived back they helped us out of water. They have a great patio to enjoy drinks and snacks.See more..

We took a weekend away to camp for two nights and float the Eleven Point River. There are no actual assigned camp sites which means that there is significantly more privacy than most campgrounds. It has all the little things you might have forgotten to bring or lost along the way. It has rentals for canoes, kayaks, and rafts. We rented kayaks to do the Current River Challenge. They were so nice. Helpful with information about the area, the challenge, and the rentals. They planned on dropping off the kayaks after we hiked/camped the hiking section and offered to drop off our cooler with it so we didn't have to pack/hike the cooler with our lunches in it. The kayaks were there when we arrived and we arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to the Ozarks and do a longer float.See more..

Attempted to take my children floating for their first time and am very upset I gave this establishment a chance. They were an hour and half late and showed up with beat up patched canoes I wouldn't trust and didn't have enough life vest and when I told him I wanted my money back he got very defensive and proceeded to cuss and yell at my wife and I in front of our children and he was the owner. Not 100% sure but from other reviews I have read they don't even have a business licence. I am reporting them to the BBB and the chamber of commerce in their area. I have never been treated like this business.See more..
