I love this place. I live near by and I keep going there at least once a month. It's very well located and all facilities are great. However, I have to say, some staff members at the restaurant/bistro has been for quite some time absolutely not nice and not friendly. You can feel bad ambiance and tension between them, what affect the whole experience. Lady bringing food to your table absolutely doesn't care, if it's what you have ordered or not. Last time she even said that it doesn't matter. (really???) She seems rather annoyed by serving guests and sorry to say, but such a person shouldn't work in hospitality industry at all. See more..

The first floor is bat suit optional and sauna part is textile free. In pracrise I would recommend leaving your bath suit at the hotel because wearing that will make you look like the odd one out. Before we always traveled from Switzerland to Baden-Baden, but this time we decided to try Balinea Therme - it took 2 time shorter travel, a bit cheaper and kids starting 4 years old are allowed. we were not disappointed. There is also available salt cave - so you can take some breathing wellness course. It is better to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 in the morning , and then before 15:00 - othervise it is crowded. Inside: Savannah, Finnish, Iceland, steam bath, ceremony room Outside: - Fireplace sauna; open fireplace - Kelo house; rustic Finnish - salt grotto sauna - Panorama sauna; windows all around About 15 different infusions available, check the timetable. Infusions are hosted by well-trained professionals who'll explain to you what they'll do and how long it takes. There are also about 12 different ceremonies to book (for about €3) available. Further amenities: Hot and cold ponds, a natural pond outside, massage pond, hot foot baths, two different swimming pools with Magnesia and Lithium infused water. Freshly squeezed juices, cocktails, drinks available at the bar, plus a nice small menu with mostly regional dishes, prices are affordable, good value for money. Incredibly positive experience, really. You will not find any tourists here, only elderly German people and now maybe some of those reading my review. The building itself has this German utility efficiency allure, it’s spotless, without any necessary somptuosité, but man, how enjoyable are all facilities! It is the best place to soak and relax in the naturally salted mineral water. Every swimming pool has its own surprise: bubbly baths, lazy river, whirlpool, geysers. It is open till late hours so you can also enjoy pleasant lighting that adds to the atmosphere. Don’t be afraid to eat in the local buffet, the food is honest, kind of homemade and good. All you need is a nice big towel, flip-flops, swimming suit and you are done for a day in paradise. And if you forget your swimming suite, they have a little boutique with everything necessary to attend the spa at average European price. See more..

We had no idea that the Spa was so relaxed and easy to attend, unlike some Thermal spas in the Pyrenees where you have to book in advance. It was very enjoyable at Rotherma, sunbathing in the garden with a host of different temperature pools and a whirlpool - a real treat. We didn’t use the saunas. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was a taste of paradise, quiet and peaceful with a mix of age groups enjoying the spa. I would definitely go back again at the earliest opportunity. You can stay here in your motorhome for about €11 but you also get a discounted entry into the spa and can go in as much as you like all day instead of the 2 or 3 hour ticket everyone else gets. The Stellplatz has chemical disposal, bins, water and electric at an extra cost. You can also order bread for the morning. It is very safe with a barrier you get a key to with €30 deposit. The spa is wonderful! The whole place is very clean and the changing rooms have everything you need. The pools are so lovely and warm, you feel very relaxed when you have finished. It really isn't a place for children although there were a few there. The annoying thing was all the sun loungers outside were reserved with nobody sitting on them so we had to sit inside where you are not allowed to reserve your seat with your towel. We were here 2 times and we really enjoyed it. It is a good attraction both for children and adults. We loved the steambath, which is really big and was cleaned in every 2 hours. We also had lovely time and good enjoyment in the "wave pool, in the relax pool, in the warm water pool. The coolest things for us were the "Wildwasserfluss" and the Black-Hole-Rutsche. As there were so hot days when we were there we did not try the sauna area, but we will try them in November. Staying there on Saturday we were so lucky and we could try the Aqua fitness and the Aqua bike. Both of them were so good. We ate in the restaurant and we loved the Currywurst and the "Spätzle". We will turn back whenever we have free time for a full day relaxation. See more..

The Therme has a small restaurant with limited food and beverages on order, but the food is good as well the service. We too enjoyed the Saunaland, with roman sweat room, a number of saunas with different heats and flavors, as well humidifying room. Mind you in the Saunaland one has to be textile free. Schon wenn man in die Tür, des zugegebenermassen versteckten Geschäfts kommt, wird man von den Gerüchen auf eine andere Wolke gehoben.

Die massagen sind authentisch thailändisch. Kann man nicht motzen.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind thais und, wie üblich, sehr zuvorkommend.
