    - Great time at the shooting range
    Spent 1-2 hours Shooting Ranges
    We reserved the range for an hour, were given a selection of two handguns - Glock 17 9mm and Ruger .357, and two rifles - a Beretta 9mm carbine and .308 Win bolt-action hunting rifle. The rangemaster gave us some quick instructions and guided us through the use of the range and the weapons. The range does not have the usual paper targets, but uses a video system to projects various targets, and the system detects where you hit and displays the proper indicator on the projection - the first was a group of targets that display a mark where you hit, the next where exploding cannonballs, there was a 'Duck Hunt'-like scene, a video scene of wild boars, cape buffalo and elephants, a lot of fun and no animals or even paper targets were harmed in the making of our evening entertainment.     Wer als Kind schon Robin Hood gelesen oder geschaut hat, der muss hier unbedingt mal gewesen sein. Nach kurzer Einweisung mit den Grundlagen des Bogenschießens in der Halle geht es raus in den 30 Stationen umfassenden Parcour, der sehr weitläufig in die Hügel des Jagsttales eingebettet ist. Hier kann man nun nur zum Spaß oder als Turnier sich in der Kunst des Bogenschießens messen und das in vier Schwierigkeitsgraden. Leihausrüstung gibt es vor Ort. Mit Teenagern eine Wucht, da diese nach ein paar Stunden auf dem Parcour ausgepowert sind. Rastplätze für Picnic gibt es mehrere und wenn man die Sicherheitsanweisungen befolgt ist es auch ungefährlich. Die Kinder sollten aber schon ca. 10 Jahre alt sein, je nach körperlichen Voraussetzung geht es auch sicher früher. See more..
