    Our timing was perfect as we pulled into the port and directly onto the ferry. Within 5 minutes we were underway and 15 minutes later we were driving off the ferry. Quick, efficient and much faster than driving around the lake. We paid just over 20 Eur for our car (a station wagon) and 4 people. We waited in the car and did not go on the upper deck but we were told that there is a shop where one can buy drinks and snacks and there are also restrooms. See more..

    Considering that we are living in the year 2014 I find it that it is really a more than lousy service that one can pay only with a local bank card, none of the two cards from two different countries did work (we never have this problem with German or Swiss cards the lady was keen to point out) but not with credit cards. Really - somewhat in the management should take a look at the calendar and adjourn. As they are not accepting credit cards you can also not buy your tickets online. Again - we are living in the year 2014! The personnel on the ships themselves is kind and nice. Taking a trip on the rather slow ships is really, if you get in the right mood and are not taking the ship just to arrive at another place, relaxing and enjoyable. The ships are all wheelchair accessible albeit, as far as I have seen, you will be limited to the lower deck. See more..

    Was für ein tolles Erlebnis. Mit Harfe, Oboe und Gesang ruhig auf dem Untersee (Bodensee) herumgeschippert zu werden, ist das gemütlichste, was man sich an einem warmen Sommerabend vorstellen kann. Wir haben geträumt, gelacht und waren die ganze Zeit auch ein bisschen ergriffen von der Schönheit des Bodensees oder der Musik oder einfach der Kombination!
