Love the cute photo props outside and brightly painted facade. We went Sunday morning and it was empty. The lack of variety was a little disappointing, but... not sure disappointing as the lack of quality. My expectations were set up too high by the outside appearance. There were couple of t-shirt styles and couple of sweat shirt styles, neither with an embroidery (just print). When trying to choose a bear, we stuck to the traditional, small $39.99 one. Unfortunately, 6 hours later, one of the eyes fell out. It appeared that the glue was never placed to hold it. It's a pretty serious issue to try an explain to a 10 y.o. who spend an hour picking a bear with the "right face" and "the best eye color". Not sure how this will end, but still waiting to hear from the customer service about the "Bear Hospital " arrangement. It could've been a great experience... See more..

I took my two boys, aged 12 and 10, for an e-bike adventure. Well, it turned out to be a wonderful 4th July evening. The e-bikes were very well maintained and Kyle was great at explaining how they worked, to both me and my boys. After the 16 mile, super fun ride around the Norwich Hills, we joined Kyle, Jayne, Eric, Andrea, and MaKensi for a BBQ, camp fire and S'mores. We hung out later into the evening and had the best time playing corn hole & volleyball with some of the thru hikers, and finished the evening watching the fireworks while swimming in the river. What a welcoming and fun team. We felt like part of the crowd and they were wonderful at embracing my kids energy. I would recommend renting bikes, kayaks and other equipment from these guys. Such a fun time! See more..
