So glad I rented skis here instead of on the mountain! I have boots so I only needed skis and poles. I placed the order online ahead of time which saved me a few additional bucks and when I arrived the friendly staff efficiently helped get me skis and they threw in the poles for free. I originally was only going to ski for 2 days but when I called to extend my rentals by a day, they were completely casual about it and just said to return them whenever and let them know how many days I’d rented them when I returned them. The shop is small but had several options for socks and a face/neck guard which I needed and the merch prices were comparable to what you’d spend at Killington. However the rentals were less than half of what I would’ve spent on the mountain so definitely worth it.See more..
I took my two boys, aged 12 and 10, for an e-bike adventure. Well, it turned out to be a wonderful 4th July evening. The e-bikes were very well maintained and Kyle was great at explaining how they worked, to both me and my boys. After the 16 mile, super fun ride around the Norwich Hills, we joined Kyle, Jayne, Eric, Andrea, and MaKensi for a BBQ, camp fire and S'mores. We hung out later into the evening and had the best time playing corn hole & volleyball with some of the thru hikers, and finished the evening watching the fireworks while swimming in the river. What a welcoming and fun team. We felt like part of the crowd and they were wonderful at embracing my kids energy. I would recommend renting bikes, kayaks and other equipment from these guys. The Local Motion Bike Ferry is a unique way to travel across the gap in the Colchester Causeway along the Island Line Trail. The 45-foot long pontoon boat has been equipped with bike racks and comfortable seats to carry bikers and walkers between Colchester and the Hero Islands. The 200-foot wide gap in the Causeway is bridged by the Bike Ferry, turning the ride into a novel and beautiful biking experience. From downtown Burlington, you can travel by foot or by bike along the 13-mile Island Line Trail. The final three miles are on the Colchester Causeway, a strip of raised land extending into Lake Champlain that is bridged by the Local Motion Bike Ferry and surrounded by water and mountain views. The experienced crew will direct you to load your bike onto the boat and will share some fun facts about the mountain views.See more..

4.0Infinite Sports Rentals(5 reviews) - perfact day Gear Rentals my wife and I love to ride bikes. so we asked who rents them and were led to infinite sports. we came on a Friday and reserved them for Saturday. the man helping us was very friendly and informative. he gave us a couple of routes to ride and we drove in the car to pick the best one. the next day we came in, the man adjusted the bikes, then we did some paper work and were on our way. this was a highlight of our trip. we rode past a few farms and some beautiful houses and had some kodak moments The bikes were well maintained and shifted well. we were out there for almost 3 hours and burned 800 calories. it was also easy to give the bikes back. a great day.See more..
We went there because it had great reviews and was conveniently located right next to Smuggler's Notch. The store was super clean and well organized. Price was very reasonable compare to Smuggler's ($32 each day for ski and pole, cheaper for multi days). Equipment was well maintained and staff were very helpful and super efficient. Store stayed late so we had ample time to return rental after lift closed. We are quite satisfied with the experience and will definitely return again.See more..
