It was too cold to ski so we went bowling. Spare time was one of the nicest bowling places we have ever experienced. What made it the best was all the people working there were so nice and happy. Or waitress Abigail was great. Food was great. Front desk guys were funny. Everything was clean and nothing was broken like some bowling places. We will definitely be back in our next visit. I just love Green Mountain Rock Climbing Center, for this unique and amazing structure we have right here in Rutland, when so many others have to travel for leagues and schools. I've been coming here for a while, many years, with my . Owner Steve always surprises me with his attention, probably a carry-over from his guiding work. He's patient and knowledgeable, and he can really teach you the skill you need. Steve's also a great instructor with a wealth of outdoor experience. Just ask him about ice climbing in the area if you want recommendations. The place is always being redone, and Steve has added a boulder room.See more..

After 5 minutes of an hour session we were dying. This year they have air and it made it so much better! This place is well managed and has lots of variety for jumpers. I live near a Sky Zone down in MD and the variety is no where near as good. My Grandson loves this place!See more..

We had attended a birthday party there and were completely wow'd! We later went back for my son's birthday party which was equally outrageously fun! They had a ton of kids to do from football, the snowboard and ski simulators, even zombie ball! We needed a break driving from Boston to Montreal and this mini golf place gave our kids a nice rest. It is well worth the minor detour. Very cute and affordable - and every child – from five years old to 12 years old had the opportunity to do well on at least one or two holes. It’s neat to see how the golf course is built into the rock and uses that height difference to provide some interest. Notably, there are no running water bathrooms on this site, but there was a nice enough out house. Actually pretty cute that they incorporate a fake outhouse into the course too. Absolutely met and exceeded expectations for a mini golf course out in the middle of Vermont.See more..

The staff are so friendly & approachable. They will really go out of their way to help or answer any questions. Climbers of all abilities will have a great time here and find all the challenge they want. My daughter is eager to join their climbing team. How cool is that? These courses are awesome. Scott and Jamo (and that awesome dog Dozer) always make sure everyone is in the game. if you bring your own equipment and you have a failure, it isn't a question if they will have a gun/tank/hopper ready for you. The longest part of the winter was not being able to play here. They do a excellent job maintaining the course and are solid at being a referee. There isnt another place in the state that compares.
