Truly a remarkable underground scientific and telescope museum at the Hartness Mansion. Unexpected location and a hidden gem. Nick gave us a wonderful very informational tour, and we were shocked at the depth of the items and scientific history tucked away in this underground location at this historic mansion. I'm not even an astronomy buff and I was stunned! They are working to restore this fantastic mansion( now cool bed and breakfast) and part of the daily routine is the optional tour. Put this on your map if in the area. See more..
