From the very first night when we met our guides Simon, Elliot, and John in Dunedin, to the last day of the trip in Christchurch, our group was transported across the south island of New Zealand with comfort and care. The hotel accommodations and the food was the best that could be had in each of our locations. The experiences provided were unique and unforgettable. The care and concern of our guides for each traveler was genuine. The team changed bike pedals and seats, and worked hard to provide each of us with a comfortable ride according to our needs. Some guests were reluctant to try new experiences, but found themselves being delighted by the persistence and leadership of our guides that ushered them through activities they'd never done before. Traveled to VT from the midwest, reached out to a company looking for a guide to ride with my 15 year old son. First company didn't respond, but Rick was super responsive, identified our need for a fast guide to ride with our son & arranged for everything. The communication was amazing, the speed with which he was able to find a guide & set everything up was top notch. Very impressed with Rick's customer service. Also my son had an absolute blast with Coach Mike - perfect fit & beyond our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 4 Points VT for your mountain biking needs - you won't be disappointed!!! Vermont Bike & Brew's Harpoon Brewery Tour was a memorable experience marked by scenic views, yummy lunch, and a good workout, capped off with great beer flights and snacks at Harpoon Brewery! The e-bikes were in mint condition, easy to use, and definitely helped some of the steeper hills of the backroads that gave us remarkable views of the mountains and the start of the foliage season. Lunch at Brownsville Butcher & Pantry was a great midpoint stop for our 10 a.m.-2 p.m. ride (we recommend the fried chicken sandwich and kale grain bowl). Ending the tour at Harpoon Brewery with beer flights (and snacks) was a wonderful way to decompress from the nearly 30-mile bike ride. Jonas (owner of Vermont Bike & Brew) was fantastic from the beginning, going above and beyond with his customer service, communication, and friendliness. We highly recommend Vermont Bike & Brew and hope we can do another one in the future!See more..
I took my two boys, aged 12 and 10, for an e-bike adventure. Well, it turned out to be a wonderful 4th July evening. The e-bikes were very well maintained and Kyle was great at explaining how they worked, to both me and my boys. After the 16 mile, super fun ride around the Norwich Hills, we joined Kyle, Jayne, Eric, Andrea, and MaKensi for a BBQ, camp fire and S'mores. We hung out later into the evening and had the best time playing corn hole & volleyball with some of the thru hikers, and finished the evening watching the fireworks while swimming in the river. What a welcoming and fun team. We felt like part of the crowd and they were wonderful at embracing my kids energy. I would recommend renting bikes, kayaks and other equipment from these guys. The Millstone Hill hike to the Grand Lookout is relatively short and easy, with huge rewards. Great signage of historical interest, quarries, and surprising carvings along the way. The Grand Outlook gives a spectacular view of the mountains. Well maintained trail. Say hi to the mountain bikes as they pass!See more..

Amazing trip, we’ve taken other VBT biking trips and all have been great but this one to Germany, Austria and Switzerland was GREAT. The biking was well mapped out and all routes and towns were perfect but what made this one really stand out were our guides, Luca and Per, they were personable, caring and most of all, GENUINELY interested in making sure all our needs were met and making this “first trip since COVID” extra special for all. The very best and well run events anywhere! Every detail had been thought of, planned, and offered for a very efficient and first class experience! From details given leading up to the event, check-in the day of, support during the event along with fantastic post ride attention and offerings, these are truly memorable events!
