We did the cruise from Mannum to Goolwa. Thanks to Jock & Warren for looking after us on the cruise and to Gavin for the return bus trip. Both legs of the trip were informative, great seeing the river & Lake Alexandrina from a different perspective. Plenty of smiles & laughs from everyone on board! Tasty snacks & lunch provided.See more..
5.0Noble Tours Australia(473 reviews) - Warning Dad jokes on this tour! Sightseeing Tours
What a cracker tour! Aaron made sure we had a great time, he told stories as we travelled around Coober Pedy, he made sure we that we learned why people loved the place and stayed, and why people left. He told us the indigenous stories and how they explained how the land was created, but also what the science is. He has a deep love and understanding of the area and does a great job of making sure you understand why. Thanks Aaron amazing tour.See more..
5.0Arid Areas Tours(198 reviews) - Painted Desert - You must Do with Arid Area Day Tours City Tours • Multi-day Tours • 4WD, ATV & Off-Road Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Day Trips
We spent a fantastic day with Wayne today visiting the amazing Painted Desert and many outreaching areas of Cobber Pedy. We left at 9.00am with my 3 young kids in toe and Wayne provided us with a day tour that my kids will remember for many years to come. We spent the whole day with a wonderful tour guide in his 4WD treated perfectly with the tour being well suited to 3 kids under 10. We visited Arckaringa Station, Painted Desert and some wonderfully spectacular views from mountains, just brilliant. We stopped and saved some bearded dragons and we took some wonderful photos that will be with us for a lifetime. Wayne knows this area like no other, don't use anyone else!!See more..
We had an exceptional day out on an all day tour of the McLaren Vale region with Roger from Ambler Touring. We found Roger to not only be a highly knowledgeable guide, he was also great company. Although we had a pre-set itinerary, Roger was highly flexible with the tour arrangements on the day and after speaking with my partner and I as to our preferences, made a few subtle changes to the list of venues to better match them with our interests. Roger absolutely nailed it in this regard, starting with a local cafe for coffee, D'Arenberg Cube for a tour and tasting, Agostino for lunch, Goodieson Brewery, Settlers Spirits and Samuel's Gorge to finish. We loved them all and are already planning to go back. Roger was highly generous with both his hospitality and time (we returned to our accommodation 90 minutes past schedule)! If you're contemplating a tour to any of SA's wine regions, then you can't go past Roger at Ambler Touring.See more..

The Wrightsair team runs a very high-quality and slick operation. From the very start of planning a couple of days charter flights with them through to the flights themselves, they were outstanding professionals. Hanna was terrific pilot and delighful company. The entire experience with them was faultless and the entire expereince was great value for money. See more..
4.5Burra Passport Tour(150 reviews) - Self guided tour worth every dollar Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sightseeing Tours • Self-Guided Tours & Rentals
The township of Burra and surroundings has so much to offer a tourist, the best way to get the most out of your visit is to purchase a Burra Heritage Passport from the Tourist Information Centre. Do not be put off by the price, currently $30 per adult, it is value for money, and gives access to some amazing historical buildings and sites only available to passport holders. Using the passport we jam packed in most of the attractions in a full day but if I had our time over again I would allow two full days at a much slower pace and enjoy the cafes/restaurants in Burra. Some of the buildings have limited opening hours, while others can be opened with your own special key (deposit required at the time of purchase), so it is best to plan ahead to the make the most of your day. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.See more..
This was a memorable tour. My partner and I were the only people on the evening Breakaways tour with George and it did not disappoint. Despite the rain that day, I was fixed on getting there to hopefully see some stunning Australian outback and boy it did not disappoint. George, our guide and driver was generous with his time and stopped many times along the journey to explain various interesting facts about the flora, fauna, history to both the dog fence and breakaways. We were lucky to see a brilliant sunset and had tea and muffins. George who is also keen on photography helped me take some great photos too. On a side note, George's colourful language and opinions may rub inner city politically correct types the wrong way. Thanks George!See more..
5.0Juggle House Experiences(80 reviews) - A great experience Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eco Tours • Beer Tastings & Tours • Sightseeing Tours • Wine Tours & Tastings • Day Trips
We were part of a group of 10 who had the pleasure of Kelly’s service transferring us from Adelaide to our Houseboat rental at Kia Marina, and for the return trip back to Adelaide. Kelly (owner) is very professional, passionate, and well experienced in looking after her clients and we also had the unique privilege of being with her the day after she won a prestigious South Australian Tourism Award. We look forward to using Juggle House again for our next trip back to the wonderful SA.See more..

5.0PS Industry(14 reviews) - Cruisin on a steamer Sightseeing Tours
The PS Industry is steeped in history. It is a privilege to be able to ride on a piece of Australian history. This is a tribute to the dedicated volunteers who have kept this wood fired / steam powered paddle steamer functional. We are also indebted to the volunteers who currently work to make such an enjoyable trip possible. The commentary helped make the trip interesting throughout the cruise. We were spoilt with a serve of delicious scones, jam and cream. Again, a volunteer cooked them onboard in a wood fired oven ..... simply fantastic. When the kitchen duties were complete, we were joined by one of the dedicated female volunteers, who added to the interest of the whole experience, as a result of the background info she conveyed. Do not miss this cruise if you are in Renmark. Check at the tourist information centre located by the wharf, for tour times.See more..

Had a great flight today over Lake Eyre and Coongie Lakes. Maree from Arid Air was helpful and friendly from my initial enquiry through to the end of our experience. Matt our pilot was confident and knowledgeable, a great guy. This is the only way to see the outback, from the air, and so much more than all about 'if there is water in Lake Eyre. ' The Coongie Lakes were a great surprise to see and the landscape ever changing during the flight. Arid Air Birdsville made today memorable, thank you.See more..
5.0Reedy Creek Bbq Boat Hire(4 reviews) - A great day. Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sightseeing Tours • Boat Rentals • Self-Guided Tours & Rentals • Day Trips
We had a ball! Six people from five to 70 enjoyed a great afternoon on the BBQ boat. Clean, well-equipped and so much fun! Rufus showed us how to operate the boat and the equipment and we set off for a great day on the river. Everything worked and, apart from a few hooning jet skiers making life difficult by coming far too close to everybody (not just us), the whole outing was great. Thoroughly recommended.See more..
