We visited today and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of spirits and condiments made available for tasting. The site is on a farm and making yourself aware of how to find it is a must even though it is well signed. We tasted variants of gin, vodka and brandy with fabulous fruit and spice overtones. The condiments included jams, chutneys, sauces and vinegars and came home with bags full to share with friends and hopefully help boost this fantastic local business. See more..

Found this gem whilst wandering the Goolwa Wharf and train station area. Situated in an old historic building with both indoor and outdoor seating areas the staff were enthusiastic about their business and very welcoming. Having grown up in England with a preference for traditional Ales it was heaven to experience the IPA brewed on site. It had a fresh malty bitter overtones and a smooth head. Just perfect refreshment for a lunchtime rest. Pity that we had to leave for a cruise. Make this your number 1 stop in Goolwa. See more..
