4.5Point Lowly Lighthouse(46 reviews) - Stay at the lighthouse! Points of Interest & Landmarks • Lighthouses
After visiting the lighthouse and area many times. Chose to book the lighthouse keepers cottage with a group of 11. Great stay. Simple accommodation, but very comfortable. Even supplied things we were told to bring (just in case we forgot) we didn’t need them, as we had bought our own. Sheets, tea towels etc. Took the chance to snorkel with the cuttlefish. The most amazing thing I’ve ever seen.See more..

4.0Robe Lighthouse(15 reviews) - A Practical But Not Pretty Lighthouse Spent < 1 hour Lighthouses
It is a practical lighthouse but not at all attractive at first glance but better when up close. It was built in 1972 and sits on a very pretty coastline not far from the old Obelisk. Take the coast walk from the Obleisk to the Lighthouse for an interesting walk and take a look at the concrete tower that is 3.5 M wide at its base and 5m wide at the top.See more..
5.0Troubridge Island Conservation Park(7 reviews) - Island of tranquility Points of Interest & Landmarks • Lighthouses • Scenic Walking Areas
We took a trip to the island with our hosts Mark and Lois. The boat arrived on time and our hosts were there to help you on and off the boat.Service with a smile. Speaking of alighting the boat you dont even get wet feet you are transported in the tractors novel chariot to the light house. The ride was worth the money and the island is your own little paradise. We had a day trip so we walked around the island and met the wildlife including a seal that waved us goodbye. Birdlife in abundance, a symphony of natures sounds, sandy beaches with crystal clear waters . A picnic lunch and a self guided tour of the light house cottage. An amazing place to visit. Thanks Lois and Mark for showing us your piece of paradise. The island is a conservation park you can only enter by permission.See more..
Today we drove around Lake Albert, primarily to go on the Narrung Ferry, and to see the Point Malcolm Lighthouse. Parking nearby, just after the ferry, we walked through the olx steel turnstile, and about 200m up a slight income to the headland, and this solitary beacon, the only inland lighthouse in Australia. Although not operating now it was still interesting to see around the Point, and the nearby stone cottage (private residence), before walking back down the hill to our carSee more..
4.5Corny Point Lighthouse(6 reviews) - Best lighthouse I’ve seen! Spent < 1 hour Lighthouses
We drove quite a distance to get here and it was definitely worth travelling some unpaved roads, arriving just before sunset. It was sad to see the memorial of deaths in the area. Beautiful views all around. Loved the orange coloured rocks near the water. Cool to see the light flashing inside the lighthouse. It was first list on March 1st 1882.See more..
4.0Cape Banks Lighthouse(5 reviews) - Cape Banks Lighthouse and The Wreck of Pisces Star. Spent < 1 hour Lighthouses
The lighthouse is not open to the public. The road is unsealed but access is good in all weather. Just opposite the lighthouse is a lookout platform that gives you an excellent views for sunrise and sunsets. A short walk down along the beach you will find the Wreck of Pisces Star, worth a look and a photo or two, best at low tide. However its visible at any time.See more..

4.0Troubridge Hill Lighthouse(2 reviews) - Impressive Lighthouse with Views Points of Interest & Landmarks • Lookouts • Lighthouses
Opened in September 1980, the Troubridge Hill Lighthouse is an active lighthouse about 20 minutes out of Edithburgh. The lighthouse itself is a different design and is striking with its red brick profile against the sky. Access is by mainly dirt roads but it is worth the trip as the views from the lighthouse site are superb of both the coastline and also of inland. Of interest, the Wattle Point Wind Farm is also visible from the lighthouse. We arrived late afternoon just as sun was starting to set and wished we had stayed longer to see the lighthouse against that night’s sky but we were a little unsure of the roads back to Edithburgh. Next time, however, we will stay and get the full beauty. Return? Yes we shall and watch the sunset surround Troubridge Hill Lighthouse.See more..
