Ippinitchie Camp, Wirrabara Free camping park in Wirrabara Forest. Very clean pit toilet. Some untreated water available. Recycle bottle & can basket but must take your rubbish out. Bring your own wood, some available. Established fireplaces and flat plate & grill provided. A range of different sites under beautiful mature trees, mostly along the creek. Ranger visit most nights; unobtrusive and informative, ‘on for a chat’. Helpful with weather advice ie expected rain. (Evidence of daily clean up as some uncaring campers had left paper litter.) Great place to camp while some covid isolation rules still apply. Some lovely places to visit nearby ie king tree, old nursery and the town of Wirrabara. See more..

A place that seems miles from anywhere. With a few old ruins remaining, you can still see a well maintained hedge. Take a stroll through this great place. See more..
