Extraordinary Nature
I really appreciate visiting Acadia National Park during august 2022. We went to visit the Park sleeping in Camden, about 1h 30 by car, but less expensive thank sleeping inside the Park itself. I like Cadillac Mountain despite the fact that there were a lot of fog at the pick and not very good visibility. We went also for a easy trip in Jordon Pond (a beautiful lake) in the South East of the park of about 3 miles/5 km, I suggest to do this tour also with children, it is really easy and safe. The park costs 30$ per day with private car and ti visit Cadillac I suggest to book online with anticipation, it is 6$ per day

Half Day Climb at Otter Cliffs (Acadia)
Did half day rock climbing at Otter Cliffs at Acadia (4 young adults, 18-24). Highly recommend this location because it's gorgeous, cool (weather wise), and has different levels of climbing challenges. 10 things we loved about Mac (our guide). She was amazing and this is what should be expected. 1) Identified the skill of the group, 2) provided challenging climbs that were attainable with effort and strain which was exactly what the group wanted, 3) was friendly and talkative, 4) was supportive, 5) was knowledgeable and clearly experienced, 6) filled our time without wasting our time, 7) was patient and gave our group opportunity to challenge themselves, 8) was prompt and on time at the office, 9) accommodated a prior injury in the group and ensured all was good, and 10) practice safety measures. Notes: Have to have a NP pass to climb at Otter Cliffs. I did a lot of searching and this was the best location for the best price!
