Our two families with 4 total teenagers had a wonderful experience- even starting at 5 am! Tim McCluskly was a great guide- had a great rapport with our kids and we all laughed a lot throughout the morning. Of course seeing a Moose right at the end made the trip amazing- but we'd like to think we would have still thought it was worth it if we hadn't. The experience of canoeing on such a beautiful serene pond early in the morning was an experience itself. Tim clearly takes pride in his work and we could tell he was intent on doing his best to find a moose and teach us everything he knows about them while we looked. We had a great experience with 201 Power Sports. We rented a 4 person side by side for a 6 hour adventure into the woods of Maine. Mel was very easy to work with and got us all set up for our trip. The machine was brand new and worked well. The trails were a combination of gravel and rocky terrain. The best part was going up to the wind turbines where you had a 360 degree view! They are our heros!! We ended up getting lost while snowmobiling at night in the dark tonight... our own fault. They guided us over the phone and came to get us with the aid of their GPS trackers on the snowmobiles. We had such a great time by ourselves on the trails. This was our first time, and we really enjoyed ourselves so much. The machines were so easy to use. Thank you to the awesome staff for coming to our rescue!!See more..

My mom and I decided to drive up to Maine for the weekend and have a good time. We took the tour at Special T Adventures to try and see some moose. The tour was great! We got to learn about the area and moose facts. After about an hour and a half of moose searching we had brownies. The brownies were delicious as we ate them looking at the sunset over Moosehead Lake. At the end, we saw a majestic moose cow. Overall, great tour, the guide, Trevor, is a really kind, funny, and knowledgeable guide who is always excited to see a moose. Definitely recommend.See more..
We rented a snowmobile for the day. Great machine, very friendly service. We were assisted with the trails and a review of the area. So much fun. We had a great time and will definitely go back to Flagstaff Rentals. See more..
