If you visit Grants Pass, Oregon, or if you are going to be passing through, take the time to go on a Jet Boat ride! You will not be disappointed. The tickets vary in price for length of ride and/or if you want to do the breakfast or lunch that goes along with the price. I definitely recommend the shorter one-hour ride for the elderly or small children who are unfamiliar with water etiquette or are afraid of the water. My recommendation as far as dressing is light and casual, because you are almost guaranteed to get soaking wet. Denims are a definite no-no on this boat ride, as they tend to stay wet and get heavy, the wetter they are. Wear light cotton pants or shorts are even better. The Captains here know these waters and are entertaining as well. Give them a generous tip, because you will not be disappointed in their rhetoric, stories, or boating maneuvers. Wearing makeup and having your hair done for this excursion is a definite waste of time ladies.See more..

This excursion was the highlight of our trip. We were deciding between an all wine tour and this tour and I am so glad we did this one. The sites and waterfalls were beautiful and finishing the day off with some wineries was perfect. We're from sunny Arizona and even with the rain we had a great time. Chris was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the area and accommodating to our group. The "snacks" they provided at the winery were a nice surprise and touch to personalize the experience. I am in the industry and don't generally do excursions, but I would highly recommend this one to get you out of the city and see parts of Portland you may not otherwise see on your own. See more..

When Pete picked us up he said, "This isn't a wine tasting, it's a wine experience." I wholeheartedly agree with this statement! After being picked up promptly from our hotel we were whisked away to three wineries and a tasting room. There was plenty of wine, but also a ton of regional information and history to be had along the way. I took away a new appreciation for wines in the region and my companion, who is new to wine, took away an appreciation for Oregon regional differences, wine tasting, and wine in general. A group of us booked Sea to Summit to get from downtown Portland to Mount Hood. Shahn drove us to Mount Hood Meadows and helped us get our lift tickets and rental equipment. The ride to the mountain was affordable, clean, and comfortable. Shahn was easy to contact before getting on the shuttle and made sure we were safe while we were out skiing. The tour guide was the most fun. He was full of history about the area so it was cool hearing about our river and the history that moved along it. He really loves what he does & it definitely shows. The drop off at Discovery Park wasn't long enough, I wish my party would have went earlier in the day to have stayed a bit longer. Discovery Park was a sweet little private lake right off the river, several areas to sit with family/friends. They have two camping tents you can rent & stay the night at. The food was honestly better than most spots. Off the grill, backyard family BBQ style burgers & hot dogs. A little gift shop to buy shirts or sweaters lol if you're freezing from getting soaked. All around, fun friendly family experience. If you don't have to go to Grants Pass, DONT. Stay even more local right up the street.See more..

We had a wonderful time on our full day tour up the Oregon coast. The initial reservation was cancelled due to weather, but we were able to re-schedule with TJ for the day before we left Portland. He obviously had safety in mind as the areas we’d be traveling had snow and hail just a couple days before. The weather was perfect the day we went. The tour was one of the best parts of our trip. Canon Beach was gorgeous and the little town was a great place to stop for lunch. All the stops were so beautiful and TJ’s narration during the day was entertaining. I’d book another tour with TJ in a heartbeat. Thanks for the adventure!See more..
My wife and I loved it. We did the half-day tour, which was from about 10am to about 2pm. The e-bikes are regular bicycles fitted with electric motors to aide pedaling, so it’s really easy. You definitely do not need to be a serious athlete. The bikes are well maintained. The waterfalls are all beautiful and getting to them from the road is quick and easy. Each waterfall is well-marked so you really can’t miss them. And they are all located on the same road. Don’t worry, drivers on the route are careful around bike riders. We went on a two day one night trip, rafting, fishing, and concert on the rocks with Jefferson State outfitters! The guides were amazing, the food was so yummy, and lots of memories were made. I felt so safe going down class 4 rapids especially with never doing anything like that before! If your looking for a great time make sure to contact this awesome company. Davey and Genesis were amazing and always made sure we felt safe and stayed in the boat. They know so much about the river and teaching you everything to know about rafting!
