  2. 4.5 Darkside Cinema (76 reviews)
    - Great independent cinema with excellant movies
    Movie Theaters
Funky local indie cinema located upstairs (there is an elevator if you need it) on top of a local bookstore in downtown Corvallis. Great choices of movies...he gets the indie ones but also often succeeds in booking Oscar contenders before the other 2 chain movie houses manage to book them. You can buy popcorn (if you want, bring your own bowl), pop, candy etc but are not price gouged like some cinemas. The screening rooms are pretty small, chairs can be funky but mostly pretty comfortable and you can always see the screen well. Not so much of the endless half hour commericals for Coke, etc. mostly pre-viewing some ads for local businesses in Corvallis. Very nice ambience, wonderful owner and staff, everyone involved really cares about movies. See more..

Had a great time! Service was friendly. Guy at ticket booth was not bothered by the inconvenience of looking for our names in the guest list. Bought our tickets through Fandango and we must have showed up on the list as "Unknown". Seats were comfy and theater was clean. See more..
  4. 4.5 Milton Freewater Drive-in Movie Theater (18 reviews)
    - Excellent Value

This is a one screen drive-in that is kind of in the middle of nowhere. It primarily operates in the summer and shows double features. The sound runs off radio. I recommend getting there a little early as the screen isn't huge and if you get stuck behind a big truck or something, it won't be the best viewing experience. The concession stand is a miracle of value in this world where everyone is trying to rip you off. You can get a hot dog, popcorn, and large soda for under $10. That alone is worth 5 stars. They also feature pizzas, which I did not try. Places like this that offer a bit of nostalgia are important to keep running, so visit this Drive In and help keep it rolling for many years to come. - Best seats ever!
    Movie Theaters
Went to see the new Beauty and the Beast movie with my adult girls. My oldest daughter bought the tickets online - all reserved seating - nice! BUT the best part of this movie experience were the seats - Oh My Gosh - these babies are electric recliners! AWESOME! Each reserved seat is backed up to a wall - no little kicks from the backside. Each seat was wide enough to sit in with a purse next to you and had wide armrests with cup holders. This movie theater has spoiled me - sadly, the theaters in my town are the standard run of the mill old school style. Dang It, going to have to travel 2 hours one-way when I really want to see a movie in comfort (besides my living room - LOL) Next movie "date" planned - Guardians of the Galaxy 2. See more..

This place is amazing. It’s locally owned and Jeff the owner is always there. They show it all. If you want to see a B movie from the 60’s they have it. A new movie in 3D- wait a few weeks and it’s there. The price is inexpensive (popcorn, a slice of pizza and a drink with admission $16-$18). Buy local and have a blast. See more..

I've been going here for almost 40 years. It's an old up=dated 50's theater--huge but now with AC and Dolby sound. You can see a double feature if you wish. The prices are low (under $5) and the snacks are much cheaper than regular theaters, too. They even have a real 'small' drink. The movies are the popular movies but right after they leave the chain theaters. They have matinees during school breaks. Highly recommended! See more..

It's a movie theater... what do you expect? All theaters are becoming pricey... but in all fairness... this one may be the most comfy. It's easily accessible... super comfy chairs... and the movie food is as anywhere else. For a movie night out, this meets expectations! See more..

Took my teenage daughter to see her first drive-in movie as a bit of a history lesson, as drive-in theaters were even a rarity when I was a kid. Projection was perfect and the audio was via your car radio. There were three movies but we only stayed for the first two. See more..
  16. 4.5 Regal Cinema Tigard 11 (2 reviews)
    - Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Movie Theaters

  17. 4.0 Cinemark Movies 6 (1 review)
    - 1st Run Movies at Cheap Prices!
    Spent 2-3 hours Movie Theaters
My wife and I frequent this movie theatre regularly. They have a mix of first and second run movies at very affordable prices! They also recently refurbished the seating with much nicer seats. At the same time they increased the legroom by eliminating rows of seats and spreading the rows further apart. This is not a fancy theater but it is incredibly affordable compared to the cost of movies in the larger multiplex theaters in shopping centers and malls. We love our Movies 6! See more..
