All my favorite breweries and nowhere near where I live so when something comes up and I get to visit one I am generally on it. Ninkasi is one of the last few of these Mecca’s I had failed to visit to this point. Their restaurant is a block over from their brewery. Because of COVID they have you order through the Q code and your phone, very simple. We talked to a waitress and she recommended the burger which we both had. Gotta tell you it was one of the best burgers I ever had. The restaurant inside kinda mat he’s the eclectic town it resides in. Can’t explain just a cool vibe inside. The food was phenomenal the beer speaks for itself no the service was great. Also had the bourbon ala mode, wings and this great popcorn. We stopped at Backside Brewing on our way back to Bellevue, Washington. Savannah was a great server and helped us pick out a great IPA beer to go with our wood fire oven pizza. Apocalypse opened just a couple months ago and I've visited a handful of times. Their beer is really good and they have something for everyone. The brewery is in a warehouse and they have done a nice job of creating a pleasant environment. For food, a mobile food cart parks itself outside, so even the brewery doesn't have a menu, there are options. The place is also pet friendly, which is really hard to find and a cool deal.See more..

Five star requires excellence in beer, atmosphere, service, and a knowledgeable beer-tender. Deluxe got top marks from me in all these categories. My only disappointment, after looking in the map, was that I thought it would be right on the river. It's not. No big loss. The inside is decorated with all sorts of interesting artifacts. The outside patio is peaceful and pleasant. I know we all differ in our tastes for beer, but I found all 8 beers in my flight to be very tasty, with a few I thought were excellent. Service also was perfect. I wish I remembered the lady's name. She was very enthusiastic and attentive. She came out to check on us several times, though she was working alone and it is a long walk from the bar to the patio... We also went home with the Apple whiskey!! EXCELLENT!!!See more..
