  2. 5.0 Camp Dakota (98 reviews)
    - Great time at Camp Dakota!

    Camp Dakota image
My group just returned from a 4 day trip. Ages 38, 37, 41, 15 (special needs), 14, 11, 8 & 7. We did the archery/tomahawk, rock wall and paintball (high and low velocity). We rented a large yurt with air hockey & foosball. Everyone loved the yurt. It was great to have the entertainment in the down time. The older kids and 2 adults did the high velocity paintball. I don’t recommend it for people under 10 but over that age is a blast. There is a great water area 15 min before you get to the camp called Scott’s Mills park. Right a the road, easy to find and has a playground. See more..

  6. 4.0 Laserport (14 reviews)
    - Laserport always gets it right!
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Game & Entertainment Centers
This place always guarantees a good time for kids and adults! Every time I go to Laserport I have a great time and this was no exception. A round of laser tag is $6 or $7 a person (on weekend nights they do three games for $15) and to keep you entertained between rounds there are tons of video games all at $.25-$.50 a play. My suggestion for a great time for adults. Visit the attached bar called Copper Monkey first. Order some drinks and pizza (their pizza is seriously delicious!), play a round of laser tag next door and then enjoy your food. Laserport and Copper Monkey do a great job of working together to give you a single fun experience! See more..

Brought kids and gkids here one Tuesday afternoon. First you get 50% more on your play card before 6PM and that made for some very happy GKIDS play. price per play is lower before 6 as well. There is a terrific adult section above looking down at the play area. Free video games, pinball and pool up there and the beers were half off, we got 20 oz great beers for $3.50, wow, what a deal. Had their pizza and it was great, but we may have been a bit cloudy after the half priced beers :-) We were there for 4 hours, after 6 the game cards went quickly. Will come back without kids just for the happy hour soon. See more..
  8. 3.5 Sky High Sports (11 reviews)
    - My teen had a great time
    Game & Entertainment Centers
Surprised at the reviews I just read. Sky High is huge. And the employees were so nice to us when we checked in. We bought 2 hours of jump time and the grip socks were free. My son is 14 and extremely athletic. I guess they didn't have as many special half pipes and what not, but he was a sweaty mess after 2 hours from playing dodgeball and doing tricks in the large tramp area. There's also a snack bar which has every snack kids love. Lots of seating for parents and the free wifi is strong. My son definitely would go back! See more..

There is so much good to be said about this place. For the avid golfer, it can be challenging and a training center. For an intermediate golfer, exciting to golf at different locations around the world, and for the beginner, it’s easy and fun. The video equipment all works perfectly and the facility is well-maintained. If needed, they even have golf clubs to lend you. Just show up and you’re all set. It has a full bar and a new chef who is creating an amazing menu. There are 5 private areas and one larger room that would be perfect for parties or a foursome. It is set up for both adults and kids. It’s one of the best things you could do in the Portland area. See more..
  17. 5.0 Fun Jumpers (1 review)
    - Pull off I-84 for a break. Let the kids blow off some steam.
Spent 1-2 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
    Fun Jumpers image
Fun Jumpers LLC in an interesting place, full of inflated structures. There is a large slide, bouncy house, and other blow up structures. There are also coin operated games. When I take my grand kids there, they are able to last about an hour and a half, maybe two hours, then they are totally worn out. Just what you need for those long road trips. No matter which direction on I-84 you are headed, this is a good area to break your journey. Be advised, however, hours are changeable so call (541 370 1212) and make certain they are open. The street address is 416 Cherry Heights Rd. From the West, Exit I-84 at exit 84, down the ramp, merge onto W 2nd St., first right and you are looking at the building. From the East, exit 84, down the ramp and onto W 2nd St, but before the first traffic light at Webber, find a safe place to get turned around, and then go back east, under the overpass, and as before first right and there you are. The advantage of this stop is not only for Fun Jumpers, but also because it is adjacent to Thompson park, with a killer skate park, and also an outdoor pool. The skate park is free, the pool is not. So, something for various age groups. Also, for the adults in the party, this place is located at the north end of a cluster of shops. Walk out the front door, and to your left, then another left, and there is a Big 5 Sporting goods, a state liquor store, Staples for the forgotten charging cord, or maybe a new tablet. Remember, no sales tax in Oregon. Further on, is Safeway and a chance to pick up snacks, lunch items or a variety of drinks. Now, with everyone rested, recharged and provisioned, you are ready to hit the Oregon trail, well where the old trail was, and back onto your journey. See more..
