4.5Trail to Benham Falls(246 reviews) - An easy walk with lots of shade Biking Trails
Very easy to navigate and find. Our party of six went during stage 2 of shelter in place and it was easy to stay six feet away from everyone. It’s an element easy walk, however I don’t believe wheel chair accessible because of the place we went had stairs, but there might be areas to just view. See more..

4.5OC and E Woods Line State Trail(38 reviews) - Nice Rail-Trail for Walking or Bicycling Spent 2-3 hours Biking Trails • Equestrian Trails • Jogging Paths & Tracks
We stayed overnight in Klamath Falls on our way to Crater Lake and this trail that was built on the old railroad line goes past the Holiday Inn Express. We went out in the evening and took a 3-4 mile walk, heading east away from town. The trail is wide, paved, level and well-maintained (suitable for walking, bikes, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.). The route goes through the city so much of the scenery is urban streets and buildings (and some unfortunate litter), but we did get far enough out to see some more open farmland. We crossed an old steel truss bridge over a canal and enjoyed watching a family of ducks swimming below. At the parking area off Crosby Avenue at Avalon Street there's an old caboose and some educational displays about the history of the railroad. A dog park is adjacent. We're planning to visit again this summer and hope to have the opportunity to explore more of the trail route.See more..
4.5Fanno Creek Greenway Trail(32 reviews) - Great trail for running biking walking or just hanging out Spent 1-2 hours Biking Trails • Parks • Hiking Trails
As I am a runner, I just happened upon this trail, felt really lucky, you can go a long way like from beaverton all the way to tigard, maybe further but that's a good 5 miles in each direction, flat easy running only several streets to cross, but to my suprise, cars actually stopped when crossing, doesn't happen in las vegas, bonus if your there during the summer you can stop and pick berries and eat them all along the way, doesn't get better than that...enjoySee more..

4.5Susan Creek Campground(15 reviews) - Immaculate Spent More than 3 hours Biking Trails • Nature & Wildlife Areas • Hiking Trails
Contrary to other reviews we did not find it crowded. There is enough vegetation between sites for some privacy. The campground is in the middle of a massive burn scar but they were able to protect it. When we arrived our campsite was in perfect condition, the whole site had been carefully raked, and they even left an artistic pattern in the gravel. Kudos to the camp hosts.See more..
5.0McKenzie River Trail(14 reviews) - Great trail Spent More than 3 hours Biking Trails • Hiking Trails
One of my favorite hiking trails because it is close to the river, wide trail and manageable by almost all hiker abilities. I hiked in July when the wild flowers were in bloom. I suggest going on a week day when the trail is less occupied. Take a lunch, plenty of water and of course your camera. I have never had a problem parking in a trail head area. However, as always never leave valuables visible in your vehicle. Check for ticks after your hike and consider bug repellant of some kind.See more..

A group of thirteen bicyclists starting at the Ankeny Overlook, where free parking is available. There are also restrooms at this location. We took the Buena Vista Ferry($1 fee for bikes) across the Willamette River. We continued north through farmland to the City of Independence to the city's park. After a short break we went back over the river, then along Riverside Drive, snaking through the beauteous countryside. Finally returning to our cars for a total of 26 miles.See more..
