When planning a week at Lake Norman with our grown children, we knew we wanted to rent stand up paddle boards for several days. The folks at Aloha Paddle Sports could not have been more helpful! The owner delivered the boards to the house and then picked them up at the end of our visit. The price was great and included delivery & pick up. The boards & paddles were in great condition and we all had a great time using them! We absolutely recommend Aloha Paddle and will use them on our future visits!See more..

I found this shop on Trip Advisor and thought it was a paper shop. It does sell cards, napkins, and you can order invitations for your occasion. But, It's more than that. High end unique gifts, jewelry, bags and more all artfully displayed. I also tried on a Jonathan Miller necklace and cuff bracelet. I'm not gonna lie I find it difficult to paint by numbers, but we did OK !!! I thought our instructor was a delight . She had the patience of Job. Very helpful to all of us who needed it. I was told at prior classes there was an outline already made on your canvass, not on this one which was fine ! It was a great time to get together have a glass of wine (BYOB) and learn to paint . We laughed we learned we drank ... $35 what a bargain . The calendar on the website was a big help to decide which class you want to take . This is a very pleasant alternative to the bar scene !!!
