    This park is amazing. Great for bicyclers & camping. The campground is hidden under trees near the lake. There are 2 bath houses with ac. The campsites are spread out but close. Most sites are fairly level with water & electric & wifi. & a dump station is available. The checkout is early at 11am & refunds are not provided with a cancelation, but a rain check can be used later. The splash park , train ride & petting zoo/animals are great for smaller kids. The lake is good for fishing & paddle boats. A water park or pool would be a good vision for the county to consider. Need to trim back a few low branches for the tall campers Overall we liked the campground & amenities. & will be back again. See more..

    My wife and I took our 3 year old grandson to Village Park today. We rode the train 4 times and the carousel once. He loved the playground areas as well. This is a great park, the prices are reasonable and the staff are all very nice and helpful. We can’t wait to return in a few weeks. This is a favorite when we are in the area. See more..
