I was excited to come back after I heard they opened up since COVID hit, and it did not disappoint! Doors at the front were left open to freely circulate air, all staff wore masks at all times, hand sanitizers were readily available, and our group was placed more than six feet apart from the other guests. I felt completely safe. We had Bradley as our instructor and guide and he was PHENOMENAL - very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. My parents were newcomers to axe throwing and my sibling has autism and he went to great lengths to make sure everyone in my family had the proper technique and was having fun at the same time, even if it involved repeating himself over and over again. We visited Spooky Woods Haunted Attraction this weekend and it was amazing. The many production sets and people in costumes was super impressive. This is a very immersive experience where you walk through a dimly lit haunted house, a freighting cornfield, crypts and tombs and other scary sets. With plenty of goblins and ghouls to jumps from behind, above and below you, to get you to scream and run with fright. I first visited Triangle Rock Club as a kid and I have now been on their competitive team ( Team TRC ) for a few years. I love the facility, the classic side is better for new climbers and the expansion is better for more experienced climbers. The classic side has 24 foot top rope walls and auto belays throughout. The boulder walls are 12 feet tall, and they have always had appropriate padding. The expansion has taller walls from 35 to 55 feet. I personally love the expansion because of the lead area. The lead area has a cave, vertical walls, and walls with small indents in them. The bouldering in the expansion is awesome! A representative took the time to give me all the information I needed regarding a gun I hadn't shot before. Also, the price to shot was more than reasonable given what's been happening with the economy. TRALN is not the closest range to my house but I will continue to go there because they seem to care more about customer service than the other range in Mooresville. The line for general admission is really 2 hours but it's because of the VIP thing they have. If they didn't have the VIP's keep pushing the general admission line further out the wait wouldn't have been so long, because when the line is moving it moves pretty good. But even with the wait it was totally worth it because it was a REALLY GREAT haunted attraction! It has scares around almost every corner, animatron monsters and dinosaurs! They really go all out! The detail in each theme is amazing! And it is literally 30 minutes long! Me and my family really liked it! The only thing I would recommend is that they just make everyone pay say $40 instead of $30 and have everyone be general admission...The wait would be much less. Frankie’s Fun Park is so fun! There are lots of fun things to do! When we visited the only things that were open were the race cars and mini golf but we still had so much fun! The mini golf course had 3 courses you could choose from and the race cars were our family’s favorite! I highly recommend Frankie’s Fun Park but make sure you bring your wallet. It got old quick that the first time players were thrown in with the professional everyday paintballers and the refs only played regular team elimination and none of the games that the business lists on their website such as Capture the Flag.
