    Had a great experience dropping in for a workout at CF Southern Pines. Went to the very early morning class (5 a.m.) before it got too hot... had a good workout. The box is well equipped, covers all they should and they have adapted to the new COVID regulations by moving outside. The coach - Emily - was VERY good, great explanations, encouraging, put in extra time. Great place to drop in while in the area for a great CrossFit experience! See more..
