Tough rating places during this crisis but our daughter loves this place so we had to try. Food was awesome! Grabbed our curbside order and sat by the amphitheater! The Bahn mi with bacon jam was great. You also need to try the pimento cheese fries. Group also got the tuna poke n veggie burger. All got high marks. Can’t wait for the day to relax inside. Worth the time. See more..

4.0Aviator TapHouse(29 reviews) - An outstanding experience for my flying club Sunday: 11:30 AM - 12:00 AM Spent 1-2 hours Bars & Clubs
I organized a tour of the brewery and dinner in the Tap House at 5PM on Friday, 5/7/21. The tour was given expertly by the owner, Mark Doble. Afterwards we had dinner in the back of the Tap House on a large table reserved for us at 6PM. The menu had something for everyone. The service was fast and professional with zero errors in orders. Everyone got their meals about the same time and the staff showed great attention to make sure we had what we need. The only complaints came later from others who had not attended. We plan a repeat this fall and will likely have a larger group. Congratulations to Mark Doble and his outstanding employees for great beer, food and an amazing atmosphere. All pilots in the Southeast need to stop by whenever possible.See more..

Great place with a great selection of wines. Unfortunately, only 1 person to wait for around 25 people. Jene knew her wines and was able to recommend a great Spanish wine from the Vasque region. You can order food to be delivered to the place or bring food with you. They just have Board's Head cheeses and cold meats. They provide crackers with it. They had this trio of Spanish Flamenco music players. It was a great lovely evening.See more..

Made it far enough west of the NC coast to escape hurricane Hermine. This was the only craft bottle shop I found. Looks and feels like a local craft beer and wine hangout. There was a group of what sounded like a home brew club chatting about their concoctions. Friendly and chilled place. Great selection of bottled beers from across the country and it appears to be the case for the wines as well. 17 or 18 taps and people were bringing in brews for others to taste. A good afternoon. 4.5Green Heron Alehouse(15 reviews) - StoCo Tap Center Sunday: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM Spent More than 3 hours Bars & Clubs
The Green Heron Alehouse opened in 2013 as the Green Heron Club. We changed the name shortly after to better reflect what it is that we do. We are the only Alehouse in Stokes County and the favorite place for many hikers, mountain bikers, and paddlers to cap off their adventure with a cold ale from one of our 20 taps, a glass of wine, or a good old domestic brew... and a few good tales of the day's events. We are located just 2 miles from the front gate of Hanging Rock State Park and directly on the Dan River. We feature live music every Saturday night with bands ranging in style from Americana, folk, blues to rock and roll. We work in conjunction with the Stokes Art's Council and Blue Ridge Music Trails to produce a number of special events throughout the year as well.See more..
This is the first microbrewery that I've been to where I've liked every beer they have...usually, there's at least one or two beer samples in a flight that will turn your nose; not at White Rabbit: every beer tastes fantastic! They're a very, very small microbrewery in Angier, NC (about 45-60 minutes south of Raleigh). Right now they're basically a large homebrewer operation (they'll be expanding to temperature controlled stainless steel conical fermenters soon). If you've been to some of the local Triangle breweries like Mystery Brewing Company, Big Boss, Boylan Bridge, White Street, CBC, LoneRider, etc. then you definitely have to plan a visit to the White Rabbit.See more..

A refined yet approachable bar housed in the former Belmont Jailhouse. We pride ourselves on our whiskey collection but have everything in between from wine to beer to signature cocktails. I love the The Perfect Smoke and continue to visit very often. A great place to make new friends. 4.5Piedmont Ale House(10 reviews) - Great tap/draft selection Sunday: 11:30 AM - 12:00 AM Bars & Clubs If you want to have a great tap selection (Monday night special is $2 drafts) and eat better than usual pub/bar food, go before 8pm. Any later than that, the loud crazies come out. Great for lunch or dinner with half priced wine by the glass on Wednesdays. All the staff are friendly. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate a wide choice of beer. The one petty negative is they don't serve Guinness in a Guinness glass.See more..
4.0Rudy's of Apex(10 reviews) - Had to try the weekend Menu Sunday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 AM Bars & Clubs
Have eaten at Rudy's Pub and Grill during the week so wanted to try their weekend brunch! It did not disappoint, with great meals cooked to order. For some reason, this restaurant takes their food very seriously! Incredible sandwiches (Cuban comes to mind) and they seem to delight in adding their own little specialties to make it memorable, as well as delicious salads makes for a varied menu where even those with gluten intolerance can dine and be fine! When I need a good meal, I can always get one at Rudy's. They have "specials" each day so be certain to ask. Even their desserts are special treats!See more..
4.0Sports USA(9 reviews) - Depends on the visit Sunday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM Bars & Clubs
I went to watch a couple of Superbowls here and it was awesome! The crowd was a blast both times and the pizza was great. Not a bad beer selection. We went to a few UFC fights too and as long as there are big names, the night is a success. One of the nights, one of the main event fighters dropped out due to illness, and nobody showed up. It was so empty one of the bar tenders went home and the other didn't seem to care for her remaining customers. We waited way too long for more beers due to the bar tender ignoring us. The customers she was talking to ended up buying our beers because they even noticed she was ignoring us. See more..

5.0Hatchet Brewing Company(8 reviews) - Great Veteran Owned bar with a fun atmosphere Bars & Clubs • Breweries
Went here after dinner with a bunch of Army friends. This is a Veteran Owned bar and you can quickly tell the owners Special Operations back ground once you see the logo. Smaller place with an outdoor seating area. Really unique selection of brewed ales, beers and lagers. More of a mixed drink person, but I chose well in selecting the Augustus Ale? I believe it was. 5.0Kit's Trackside Crafts(6 reviews) - Another great craft beer addition to Pineville Bars & Clubs
Finally had a chance to make it to Kit's and glad I did. For those in the Pineville/Ballantyne area, you may remember Kit as THE beer guy at Harris Teeter Ballantyne Crossing. He built their beer section into what it is today. Now he's opened his own place and taken things up a level. The focus at Trackside is on great craft beers and the varied tap selection and great single bottle/package selection prove the point. Kit loves beer, he's a blast to talk to and super knowledgeable. If you can't find at least one new-to-you brew each visit, you're just not paying attention! Plenty of seating and a good crowd to have a pint with (Tues are $4 pints!). It's right across the street from Pintville - I see them at complimentary and not competitive and it's definitely great for downtown Pineville and us nearby!See more..
3.5West End Station(6 reviews) - great experience Bars & Clubs this is a college restaurant/bar but caters to all ages.
