Islands of Fun!!!!
Islands of Adventure is one the best theme park experiences in the theme park industry. The park is divided into 8 islands (theme lands), each with a different feel and immersion. It's a nostalgic experience for many who grew up with Marvel, King Kong, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Dr. Seuss, and Jay Ward cartoons. This is also he place for some of the most memorable rides and attractions, such as, Incredible Hulk (my favorite ride in the park), Amazing Adventure of Spider-man, Skull Island, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. Islands of Adventure is a great place for families with older kids, teens and thrill seekers, it offers a lot thrill rides. The park is easy to navigate, the theme lands surround a lake,so the walkway is a circle. The food variety, I found to be better than Universal Studios., but it' pretty pricey. Get butter beer its delicious. I recommend getting the two day two park pass, allowing you to go to both parks on the same day. Unlike Disney, who's parks have a lot of distance between them, both Universal parks are right next to each other, just a short walk from each other. Now depending how much time you have and when you go will determine whether it's necessary to get an Express Pass to cut the lines, summer time is insanely crowded. Overall Islands of Adventure is great place to spend a day, but plan it well, cause it is an expensive park. I will return soon and hopefully more things are open to make the trip much more satisfying. So if Orlando is in your travel plans, Islands of Adventure is a great option for fun and memories.

AWESOME thrill rides! Staff if super friendly. The only issue we had was that it poured for two hours during our visit (rain not forecasted), it was in the middle of the day so it was CHAOS. Rides were temporarily closed and every store and restaurant with a roof was packed. We had to buy ponchos, a towel and t shirts to dry ourselves (all these were crazy expensive) so we recommend bringing a poncho from outside and bringing an extra change of clothes just in case. The lines during these time were pretty alright, the only long one was the Harry Potter Motorbike. Tip: the cool thing about the park's app is that it lets you set an alarm for then the lines aren't as long. Would definitely come back but a little more prepared for the weather lol.
