   Walmart can't keep their shelves stocked- always empty!!! Customer service is below horrible. They have people working the doors checking receipts, but they don't do their job. I returned clothing and afterwards I went shopping. When leaving, the employee at the door wanted to check my receipt for the 3 cases of water I purchased. I intentionally gave her the receipt of my returned clothing and not the receipt with the water just to see if she would question me. She looked at my receipt and said nothing about the water not being on the receipt. Self-checkout always scans my grapes twice and I have to get an employee to remove it. I purchased a package of "And 1" socks paying 14.00$ for 12 socks. There is a hole in the socks after 1 week- low quality at an overpriced fee. Walmart should be avoided at all costs! Just so everyone understands, Walmart cannot legally stop you at the front door to check your receipt. You can walk past them and ignore them. See more..

   Called Kelso Canoe on a Friday afternoon to schedule a next day float down the Elk River. We were told we could be there at 10:30 that morning. When we arrived at our appointed time we were told it would be 1:00 before they would have any canoes for us to use. There were a number of excuses given, none acceptable in my mind due to our reservations made the previous day. Thankfully, Elk River Canoe Rental came to the rescue and we were able to enjoy our day on the Elk. See more..

   - Worst Rental Car Experience Of My Life

   Having traveled on business for many years, I have dealt with rental car agencies many times. On this occasion we were traveling out of state and dropping the vehicle at our destination. I made the reservation online. Then called the local office to confirm they had the class of car I reserved, " Yes we have." I was told. When we arrived at the rental office three other customers were waited on ahead of us, despite the fact we arrived before them. We continued to wait, finally I ask what was the problem. To which I was told they did not have the class of car we had reserved and they were waiting for more cars to be driven to them from another location in town. But if I upgraded and paid more, I could have the car I wanted immediately. I told them I would not pay a higher charge, that I had called and confirmed a car was available for us, and I wanted a car now. Of course I had to summon the manager who proceeded to tell me the car was not there and I had been told this on the phone previously. Absolutely not true. They tried to put us in a truck, a 4x4 Jeep Wrangler with a rag top, and a tiny little two door sport car. All of which I refused. After firmly insistancing I wanted a car now and not two hours later we were given a large van to drive. WHAT-EVER. Although I have encounter problems with car agencies before, not having what I had reserved when I arrived. This was undoubtedly the worst car rental experience of my life. And of course the young people working at the agency have not a clue as to the difference between an AWD drive, a 4 X 4, a FWD, or a RWD vehicle is. They barely know the difference between a car and a truck. Terrible experience and the employees working there were of no help, and could have cared less if you took what they told you to take, or if you walked out the door. See more..
