   - It's a small town locals bar.....exactly as expected

   Not sure what previous reviewers expected, but when in a small non-resort town in rural Montana, you don't get elegant, chic, trendy or glitzy. You get a plenty-good-enough house whiskey. You get a cold local tap brew. Your elbows might stick to the bar top. The locals chatter might be a little salty. On my first stop-in, barkeep Tony paid attention to my glass, chatted me up as much as I encouraged and kept the locals happy. The couple TVs were clear and tuned to the right sports. The video machines were the usual gaming devices. There was a pool table and dartboard. The booze selection behind the bar looked ample, and the beer on tap was a good mix. It is exactly what you'd expect - you come here for a few drinks and some fellowship. It could stand a good cleaning, but what neighborhood bar couldn't? Works for me. See more..

   If you are looking for a place to have a nice cold beer this is not the place to go! The beer tastes as if it has been opened and left on the back patio on a hot summer afternoon! I would not recommend this place for anyone that genuinely enjoys and nice cold glass of beer or growler filled. The growlers are over priced for the awful quality. The breweries should be informed that their beer can not be enjoyed at it's full potential in this establishment. Perhaps they should learn how to perfect a few beers on tap before bragging that they have 30 beers available. Flat. &. Warm. Beer. Is. NO. Good. See more..
