    - Small town, but BIG performance!

    Bigfork Summer Playhouse image
This playhouse served as one of main attractions for us to this area in 1999. We're season ticket-holders since then. Because of its national reputation, boasting an Academy Award Winning Actor (JK Simmons), and other Broadway "graduates," the Playhouse attracts the best of talent from accross the nation. It's a smaller stage, but has all the necessities, including sound system, dropping scenery, great seating, and Play-friendly pricing. You can enjoy a high-quality show with stunning performances without paying New York prices. Even the live "orchestra" will impress you with its professionalism. This is a "small town" theater that exceeds your expectations. Very good dining available in the village, or nearby. Parking is limited, so a parking area north of the main street will accomodate you, leaving you a short walk to the picturesque stroll down Electric Avenue to the theater. See more..

    - SO FUNNY!
    Theaters
    Brewery Follies image
The Brewery Follies is a contemporary comedy cabaret. We perform a skit laden show that is naughty, raunchy, risque, and hilarious! We may be situated in an old mining town, but our humor is modern and...well, we are NOT politically correct. Nor are we clean humored, or for the easily offended. We are fun!!! But we are NOT for everyone. Please do your research before making a reservation. If you leave offended, you may have taken the seat of someone who would have loved being in your shoes but couldn't get in. As Mike, the director says, "no self-respecting person should want to see this show". :) If it's not your speed, don't come. If it is, welcome! And have a great time! See more..

    Billings Studio Theater image
The BST continues to provide an amazing experience. The quality of the productions and acting is very good. When traveling to major cities folks pay good $ to go to plays and shows. But right here in Billings at the BST it's proven time and time again that those big city plays have nothing better to offer. But the best part is the quaint feel of the BST environment. It feels like a small town getaway where you can forget about the worries of life for a little while. See more..
  17. 4.5 Roman Theatre (9 reviews)
    - Theater equipped with old style, new style chairs AND sofas!
    Movie Theaters
    Roman Theatre image
We dropped in to the Roman on a whim because we wanted to watch a movie in the oldest theater in Montana. It was so cool inside; a little worn but still in possession of it's historic charm. The staff were friendly and the prices were a little less than average ($8 full price admission) but the best part was the in-house sofas placed randomly throughout the theater itself. The sound quality was good and the seats couldn't be beat (we watched Zootopia on a sofa). If you are in Red Lodge and looking for a break from skiing, shopping and or hiking, check it out. The historic factor alone makes it worth your while. See more..
