We had visited thenStatenCapitol so walked to see the Cathedral. And it was definitely worth it. The cathedral is large (certainly by US standards) and picturesque outside, but it’s the inside that’s really impressive. Sadly so many churches remain locked when not in use these days, but this one was open. The altar is stunning as is the vaulted roof but the most breathtaking part is the stained glass. Well worth a visit.See more..
A wonderful stop to enjoy a peaceful environment and stretch our legs. It was very hot when we went, so be prepared for little shade.See more..

This Chapel is a must! On a clear day LONE PEAK is in the background. And inside the Chapel is all this stain glass on the walls and especially the back wall. This is where the VIEW on LONE PEAK is, and it just resonates the whole inside of the Chapel.Never have I seen anything so beautiful!.See more..
