We (a family with 2 teenage boys) hired 4 bikes over 3 days from Arbutus. They were a mixture of Yeti and Knollys. We booked in advance (recommended). On arrival in the shop, the staff were great and our breaks and pedals were set up and ready for us to go. Sadly on the second day I injured myself (putting my bike on the lift) and couldn't ride on the last day, we didn't expect it but Arbutus gave me a refund for my bike hire - certainly made me feel better and paid for a physio session. My friend and I recently rented a double kayak from Gulf Island Kayaking for an overnight trip on nearby Wallace Island. The kayak was in great condition and perfect for the excursion. By far the biggest plus was the amazing insider knowledge given to us by Ben. He told us about the best route to get there and special places to spot wildlife (including baby seals!) on the island. Our trip was made significantly better because we followed his advice. We were also able to book a shuttle to get to and from the ferry terminal, which was incredibly helpful. Great day out We were greeted with staff that aided in where to park, parking was reasonable as we had read all about Bruker Marina on the website. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The boat launch is one of the best in the area and clearly marked easy access to the lake. Pizza there is great and a must have! We rented a boat for a half a day. The boat was clean and fueled and the staff spent the time to go over everything and give us the rules! We were very informed and everything went smoothly. Rentals were reasonably priced , they gave a demo when the kids wanted to paddle board, which they genuinely enjoyed! As did our family from Alberta!!!See more..

3 families got together for a day on the red pontoon boat, double decker with water slide and towable tube. Excellent rental experience, parking nearby, not too long a wait for paperwork, return was easy. I wasn't used to maneuvering pontoon, but Red gave me good instructions on thrust. The machine was excellent and clean, instruction was excellent and It was all good. About value, boats are money pits. This is honestly a great reason to come to Harrison Hot Springs!! The staff were absolutely amazing. I was super nervous to do any of the water sports as it's been many years. Rented a boat for a week the end of June. Took advantage of the prepayment discount they offered. Communication and the booking process was great. The day we arrived they had the boat out of the water for inspection took pictures and they had it in the water within 20 minutes. The boat was clean, well maintained & ran great. Jody is a really cool guy and guide. He is very well organized, he has all the gears you need to ride comfortably: jackets, boots, gloves and rain pan. Helmets are equipped with bluetooth communication system, he has go pro too if you need. We drove the dirt road to Anderson Lake until Seton Portage... what a view and what a cool road. I absolutely give Shuswap Water Sports a 5 start rating!! I originally booked a tour (July 2020) to check out the Lake and see Copper Canyon, we anchored there for a bit, as some of our group wanted to go cliff jumping. My family and friends had such a great time, we booked again for the next day to learn how to wake surf.....Dianne was our coach for the day, she was extremely safety orientated, with Covid-19 practice's in place, professional, and patient with all of us. We were recommended to try Daniel at \Tracker Adventures by a friend. We had a really good day out learning to ride a snow mobile on the Hurley Road. It caters for small groups so my wife went together and had a days private instruction. Daniel has been sledding in the area for 16 years so knows the area really well and was keen to share his passion and knowledge with us.
