Originally booked in Mystery, but changed short notice to Terra Nostra due to operational issues. It worked out fine. The lodge is very good, with excellent facilities, food and service. The guiding (Klemens and Ian) was really good - as we were 4 boarders we were perfectly accommodated with challenging tree terrain plus some fast and steeper alpine (no walking...). Had one down day but plenty to do (ask for Sparkles) and we appreciated the fresh snow afterwards. 24 hours from Powder to front door (London) was convenient too!See more..

Thank you for taking us on such a fabulous adventure for my 70th B'day celebration. The entire experience could not have been better, and your skills and knowledge are mind-blowing of our beautiful ecosystem, geography, flying skills and the care and attention that you give to each participant. What a magical experience for my 1st attempt at Kayaking. I could have spent the whole day just fishing on the edge of Paradise Lake it is truly beautiful. I especially liked that you did not want any of the pop to be poured out onto the beach sand, rather securing it and transporting the left-over back to the airport for proper drainage. I took over 75 photos, but cut them down to just over 50 last night. I can't wait for the drone photos that Compass Heli Tours took during the tour. Thank you Nic. What a fantastic flight over the Rockies with our considerate and knowledgeable pilot Sophie. We saw glaciers, mountain lakes, fir forests, and the melt water - the birth of rivers! She set the more nervous of our party at ease and we had incredible views over the mountains and Valemount. Not the cheapest day out but well worth it.See more..
Despite there having been no new snow and very challenging weather for some time, the skiing experience at TLH was outstanding. The guides did a great job in finding good snow, balancing fun terrain with safety. The high alpine experience in TLH's tenure is truly spectacular. Having a single group per helicopter also creates a very relaxed experience, highly recommended. The lodge experience as well is very nice. The entire lodge was refurbished recently and it was well done. Rooms are great, food and service also are fantastic, solid wine selection... We're already planning our trip back next winter! Outstanding job by Sky Helicopters. The staff Sarah, Lisa, and Pilot Clayton made my anniversary an unforgettable experience. Clayton is a great pilot, freindly and professional, we all had great conversations during the flight. We took off from the Pitt Meadows Hanger for the "Coast Mountain Adventure" flying over Widgeon Lake Area, 15 min flight, 30min landing, and 15 return flight, I would highly recommend. What a fantastic experience this was from start to finish, our pilot was Michael Henderson who helped make the experience a memorable one/ he was knowledgeable and passionate about both the area and the helicopter, he went out of his way to explain all about the area and it’s history. The trip was 30 minutes and every minute was fantastic, we loved our stay in Stewart BC anyway but this this topped this off!See more..

The experience of staying and skiing at Mallard Lodge is a life highlight! You feel welcome and comfortable in every part of the trip. The heli ride in and out is amazingly scenic - bringing you to realize that you are staying at a very remote, majical spot in the Rockies. The skiing terrain and the snow conditions are fantastic. It is like a huge ski resort that has not been developed, with perfect slopes everywhere. We had Jamie as our guide and Derek came out to ski for a few perfect runs. The guiding was reassuring, supportive and confident. tailored for our skills and as we developed further during our stay. The food was gourmet, highest quality and healthy.
