10/10 experience!!

This is honestly a great reason to come to Harrison Hot Springs!! The staff were absolutely amazing. I was super nervous to do any of the water sports as it's been many years. These young men were just so patient and fantastic.❤️❤️ It really was the highlight of our girls trip!! Great selection, reasonably priced, really something for everyone! Highly recommended it's would make for an amazing family adventure. They also have unbelievably reasonable prices for a day pass and if you don't use you can go later or next day!! Bravo!! Wonderful place extra added bonus the crazy fabulous service from the staff

    Very nice and informative
Staff is very friendly and informative. ALWAYS concerned about our safety and knowledge of the equipment rented. Patient with all the customers. We went early in the morning right before they opened. That would be my suggestion. That way, you have ample time to adjust and acclimated.

Disappointing and a huge missed revenue opportunity
Still waiting in line almost an hour after arriving to rent a pedal boat. Terribly organized and missing a huge revenue opportunity to get more people through and using their equipment. On a sunny afternoon in early July, they seemed completely unprepared to deal with moderate demand. Waiting in line for a pedal boat rental (which I appreciate is small change for them and that motorboats are their money maker, but if you’re going to offer them, ensure you’re set up from a customer service perspective to get people in and out quicker) we were constantly overtaken by folks with motor boat reservations with lengthy paperwork and briefings required. A separate person / line dedicated to non-motorized boats would allow you to get people using your assets which are otherwise just sitting there and you’d recoup the wages of the extra person with just a couple of rentals. Many folks walked away, unwilling to wait (and that may still be us). Disappointing.
