Took my 9 year old son to see this show. For around $15 (for the both of us) we got to sit outside and see a live magic show and he had a fantastic time. My son must’ve said 4x during different points of the show- how did he do that?! He talked about it the whole car ride back to the hotel. As an adult I thought it was funny and entertaining too. Go see it and support live entertainment!See more..

3.5The Great Saltair(19 reviews) - Off the Beaten Path for a 3 hour layover Spent 1-2 hours Theaters
I wanted to see the lake from somewhere besides an airplane and had a short time to do it. So, I rented a car and drove out to Saltair and the state park (about 20 min. from the airport). I had read about the heydays of Saltair - a who's who resort of an era gone by - and was a bit curious. Actually, there's not much to see. However, I loved the gift shop where there is plenty of info on the old resort and a scale model of the Great Saltair. Bought a couple of souvenirs and headed on to the park (which was another good stop for seeing/touching the lake, learning history and geology, and shopping the museum gift shop). The video about Salt Lake captured my interest and kept me a bit longer than planned. There's some grassy areas for playing and lookouts to the lake. I didn't see any place to grab something to eat or drink. Entry to the park was $3 per car and was well worth it! Hopped back in the car and headed back to the airport! All in all - about 2 hours.See more..

The old Wayne Theater was purchased by Brian Brill in 2015 and renamed The Bicknell Theater.
