We decided to hike the Narrows as a family of four (our kids are 8 and 10), and the staff at Zion Adventures were so friendly and informative. They answered all our questions, made sure our gear fit well, and even provided us with a map detailing the Narrows, what landmarks to look for, how far we could go with our kids, etc. They also sell a lot of gear you might have forgotten or not realized you needed so also a good place to stock up. Our kids even got a few stickers that one of the staff had designed herself! Price was affordable at $30 per person for boots, neoprene socks and a hiking stick. We had the best experience with Uinta Recreation on our recent trip to Park City. Adam, the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful and he made sure that we had everything we needed for an excellent day snowmobiling. We could not have dreamed up a better guide than Jake. We were not sure what to expect when we booked our canyoneering adventure, but our experience far exceeded our expectations. From our initial introductions when we entered the shop throughout our 5 hours together, every step was fantastic. Jackson was our guide and coach for the day and he was fantastic. Traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids under 10, we were incredibly impressed with the knowledge, patience, understanding and commitment to providing the best possible experience for our family. He took the extra time to make sure that we all had a great time and really helped the kids feel comfortable in the climbs and rappels and they had a great time because of his hand holding and support. We booked a guided UTV tour with Wasatch Excursions to celebrate our anniversary, and it was the highlight of our Park City vacation. Our tour guide, Mason, took us on a two-hour ride through Wasatch Mountain State Park where we did several water crossings, wove through aspen groves, and climbed to the top of the mountain to enjoy unparalleled views of the state park, Heber Valley, and Deer Creek Reservoir. We passed a handful of other riders on the trails, but we had the final viewpoint to ourselves and it was amazing. I would highly recommend booking a guided tour with Wasatch Excursions, and if you can swing it, a private tour with Mason. I took 2 teenage daughters for their first time snowboarding. I had warned them that there were some negative reviews about employees. I saw the opposite. Friendly small talk. Employees showing extreme kindness while helping a scared lady get off the lift. Yes they had to ask people to put their masks on and not to clean your board off where they had just cleaned, but overall they were helpful and kind while putting up with us beginners knocking over their cones. We did beginner adult passes (look at the reservation calendar, certain days are much cheaper). Spent half the day on the kiddy slope practicing what we watched on youtube and then tried it out on the bigger slope. My kids learned a lot and loved it. We did bring a light lunch in the car. We were planning on also eating in their restaurants, but the kids were having so much fun they only stopped once to snack.See more..

We rented a 4 person ATV for ourselves and children ages 5 and 8. We all had a great time! They allowed us to take the ATV out despite being a few minutes late to our reservation due to a delay in our day and the time changes. We rented for 2 hours and ended up with 1 hr and a 30 because we rented at the last possible time of the day. I recommend getting there the 30 minutes early that they recommend and renting for at least 3 hours because even with the full 2 we would have wanted more. It takes about 30 minutes to get out to the first spot, more if it's your first time and you're getting use to driving the ATV. Book and enjoy!!See more..

The level of service was phenomonal at every step, from initial call for info, to booking and payment, and even accommodating a change of itinerary. We did use the restaurant there for dinner and breakfast. It is a good value for a quick stop and they have a lot to offer including a convenience store, gift shop, post office, pool and a variety of room options. We went out for a special event. There was a band playing on a pontoon, and we got kayaks from Dig Paddlesports and paddled out to the pontoon to hear the band, which was very talented and diverse. I swear, it's the coolest thing I've done in years. We are all very inexperienced! We got a tandem kayak and two singles. My 11 year old is a natural and was laughing and loved having his own water craft. My 77 year old mother was able to paddle down and back with no issues in the tandem. The staff were AMAZING, polite, and helpful. We all had life vests, included with each rental. Will definitely go again.See more..

We rented 4 ATVS and 2 side by sides for a half day in the Unitas. Experience was awesome, and views were amazing. We were an experienced group that was somewhat worried the experience would be too juvenile, but it was not. Great trail with plenty of options all the way to Mill Hollow. Trails are bumpy but the machines were well powered and we were able to cover a good amount of terrain. Trail markings aren't the best (something I actually love about Utah), so take a detailed trail map from AllTrails if you aren't good with finding your way around. Side by side handled terrain better, and ATVs more challenging to ride, but both very fun if you know how to handle. We will be back soon!See more..

Although very conveniently located the services were lacking with over booking, unfueled atvs and poor time management. Consequently although our group was first for the day scheduled at 930am a week in advance we were an atv short for 2 people and left at 10am....the money was refunded for the short but it left a poor taste on vacation after, who wants to deal with that? If its not a spur of the moment decision there are other outfitters in Hurricane and Saint George who only focus on motorsports and not paddleboards, jet skis and boats. (Side note a lady who drove from CA didn't get her boat because it broke down and they didn't have a spare without bumping someone else)..... Family of 4 (children 11/14) did the half day hike with lunch and every bit of it was awesome! Intro with our great guide Phil and his llama 101 overview - perfect. His knowledge of the area was so helpful & answered all our questions, along with a good sense of humor. We hiked about 1.5 mile to a lunch spot near a beautiful big Ponderosa Pine. He fixed up a spread that our family loved, good fresh food and a variety of drink options. And the hike back was a different route - enjoyed getting to see so much of this area. We got to give the llamas treats after and they welcomed our visit back later in the day to see them again as we were staying on the same property. This was no doubt a highlight of our trip. These guys were very helpful! We wanted to rent a jet ski and I shopped around and called five different places inquiring about price and availability. All In Boat Rental had the best price and they had what we needed available. The reservation process was simple and they promptly emailed the rental agreement as well as all of the necessary information. We already had filled out the rental agreement and this made the process simple and painless when picking up the jet ski. They were conveniently located close to Wahweap Marina. The machine was new and in great condition, ran perfectly no issues. On the way back to drop off the machine there was a gas staion that was easy to access with good fuel prices. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I rented an Ibis Ripley—wow is all I can say. The owner told me where to go and even dropped me off at the entrance to the trails. We rented a side by side for a 2 hour unguided trip this morning. Jeff gave us great directions with the trail map, and helped us get on our way. Our family (2 adults, a 5 year old, and a 2 1/2 year old) had a BLAST. Jeff gave us tips of where to go and stop to see a breathtaking view, bristlecone pine trees, prairie dogs, the reservoir, and more. After seeing so many people on eBikes we decided to rent them. We were 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5,5,8,8. Although there are plenty of ebike shops, not many of them have have bikes for families. We rented 4 bikes—1 bike with a passenger bench—a single trailer and a double trailer. The kids took turns riding in the different trailers or on the passenger bench. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. Riding on Scenic Drive in Zion with my kid behind me and almost no car was a priceless experience. Do it!!See more..

We rented 2 little (<50" wide) Polaris RZR 900 Trail SxSs for a day of trial riding. The equipment was in good condition and performed very well. The Rose Ranch staff was very helpful in suggesting the right trails for what we wanted to do and the weather conditions we had at that time. In all we went over a mountain range up to about 9950', saw prehistoric petroglyphs and cruised through some amazing scenery with vibrant Fall colors. We travelled about 70 miles in all on the trails. I would recommend a full day so you are not rushed to get back and can take time to enjoy the scenery and stop at interesting side trips (like the petroglyphs) or for lunch. We rented the little RZRs to try them out, as we own a larger one. Whatever size suits your needs would be good, although in general I prefer the larger ones.See more..
Wonderful customer service. Went online last week and ordered 2 RAD bikes for 9 am today. Got to Bryce airport at9. Bikes were charged up and ready to go. Freddie gave us an easy to understand walkthrough. Got our helmets, bike locks, and bungee cord. Easy stroll to the view points. We rode 10 miles to inspiration point, stopping at Sunrise and hiked to sunset rim trail, then took two bridges down to Queen’s Garden back up toSunrise. My son and I rented a Can-Am for a full day. We rode from the shop and couldn't have asked for greater variety of terrain. There was rock-crawling, steep stone and sand accents and descents, open trail for going fast, and tighter areas too. From the bottom of canyons to the top of cliffs. Peekaboo canyon (slot canyon) was worth the trip itself, and due to our inexperience, the easiest part of Hog canyon was all we wanted to try, but it was heart-pounding for us! The owners are great. We had downloaded maps to always know where we were, and a GPS device for emergencies. They gave us great directions by "pinning" points of importance on our map. The entire adventure was amazing! We went to the shop which is a neat, old store front and got all set up with boots/helmets. The owner and our tour guide Brad was very nice and took us right to the trail head where he unloaded the snowmobiles in no time and we were on our way into a winter wonderland! The area was so peaceful with tons of snow. He took us to a great look-out point with gorgeous views. Very nice place to rent a Sea Doo from to try some jet skiing. Simple and straight forward. Can reserve online. They have the life vests at no extra charge. We didn't even get wet which was good as the water temp was 68 degrees. It was our first time and we had lots of fun trying it our. One hour is enough for beginners like us.See more..

This was a great place to rent a boat!! Friendly people and great boats! We were going out of Wahweap Marina in a houseboat and needed a tag-a-long. My family and I vacationed in the Zion National Park area and we were looking for some adventure on the side. Torque fitted us with a couple of Honda Ranchers and two Raptors for the boys. We found their fees to be competitive with other offers in the area but the great part was they let us keep the ATVs longer than the average rental period at no extra charge. I wouldn't count on that experience everytime, of course, but I felt they treated us very fair and we found them very helpful and professional in all our dealings with them. we had to pay for a couple of flags we broke on the dunes, but felt what they charged was fair. If you're looking for a fun time ATVing through the desert region of Zion, Torque will set you up with reliable equipment for a fun time. 5.0Mountain Bike Buddies(1 review) - Great Experience for the family! Gear Rentals Mark was our guide and he was great! We parked our rental car at a small town named Virgin, he picked us up and a short drive later we were on the trail. The weather didn't cooperate with our original plans and he was very helpful changing his schedule to allow us to bike the J.E.M. trail. Mark has a lot of experience on the trails and was very helpful. The trail was great for our active family of 5 (boys are 13,15,17 years old). HIGHLY recommended!See more..
