4.5High West Distillery(4 reviews) - Beautiful location at The Lodge at Blue Sky, fun lunch and tasty craft cocktails Spent 2-3 hours Distilleries This cool distillery started in Park City, but their operation here at The Lodge at Blue Sky has taken things to another level. Gorgeous views from the restaurant and even better out on the deck. They just released new batches of their fine rye and bourbon whiskies (both fantastic). We enjoyed a good lunch on a sunny day looking out at the spectacular fall colors. Good variety on the menu from salads to sandwiches, burgers and trout. Lots of craft cocktails to choose from also, and we were told by local friends that the Sunday brunch here is not to be missed.See more..
